The hotel has a super location and one can walk everywhere. The stay was like being in someone’s residence. Very warm and welcoming snd beautifully decorated. Food and drinks were great. Best negronis I have had and artfully presented. Best of all the staff are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful making sure all your needs are met. I would recommend to my friends and be happy to stay on another trip to Lisbon.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Boutique, quiet, stylish. Staff was amazing and our room was beautiful. Loved the balcony, abiity to bring in fresh air, and it was a great size for us 2. We had drinks in the front living room both nights, and really enjoyed the whole space the hotel offers. My only (small) complaint was it was raining a lot for our trip, and the balcony is designed such that the rain can make a decent amount of noise (when sleeping!). But it doesn't rain much in Lisbon - so we were just the unlucky ones to get a rain streak! Def would recommend the hotel again!

an urban oasis with a fantastic staff and gorgeous decor. The rooms, however need a little sprucing up.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Only 30 guests! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the facilities are impeccable. Will definitely be coming back.

Great Staff that was very helpful. Breakfast was really good but dinner at the hotel was only OK, and small selection on the menu. Would reccomend eating out.

The staff were all tremendous. From management (Christelle) to the restaurant team (Madeleina, Regina, and others), to concierge and door staff (shout out Fernando), everyone was helpful, warm, and charming. Absolutely would recommend.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend the hotel. If there was an option better than excellent I would have used it. The staff could not do enough for us and really went above and beyond!!

Stunning!

Having stayed at many relais chateux hotels, this was in some ways disappointing. The hotel was lovely and the room excellent. There were a number of stairs with no hand rail which was awkward, due to my mobility issues. The breakfast service was really poor, very slow and limited options like other relais hotels. The pool service didnt work, so you had to go down in the lift to the bar and order which was also very slow. Location ia good and the pool was lovely ( even though it wasnt cleaned and not enough towels).

Beautiful hotel, well located and friendly staff. Breakfast a bit chaotic fro a service perspective - they seemed to be short staffed and had multiple trainees but this should improve.
