A nice quiet hotel on a quiet leafy street in the centre of Odesa. The hotel is set back in courtyard and also has a shelter downstairs so very welcome in war time. Breakfast was average - more fruit and healthy options would have been welcome. Staff were helpful.

Beautiful old historic building, comfortable, quiet room, friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, tasty choices of food to order to your room. Centrally located, just 10 minutes walk away from opera house and Deribasovsky street. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent place. I only stayed here 2 night, wonderful and super clean rooms. also very warm room in winter time. Extremely good breakfast buffet. they will give you cappuccino when you come eat the first breakfast buffet. I want to say thanks for the Irina. reception desk service are very helpful and efficient. I will choose this hotel again when i come back to Odessa. 4 star hotel.10 star service.

the first day i received the room late at 14:30, even though the reception knew i arrived at 4 a.m Second, more then half a day there were no water, so I can't used the shower. Third, when i asked the front desk the option to check out at 18:00 they ask me to pay extra. Fourth, i complained about the noise on my floor from two rooms next to me, but the management did not do a thing. I am very disappointed with this attitude. They try to give me a free one way ride to the airport cost around 150uah, I refused for this small offer

It’s a nice place to stay a little street noise at night. A big clean room but the bed was worn out and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and everyone was very friendly.

Rating is high due to the value, location, and staff. Rooms are spacious and older; the rooms on the fifth floor have a skyline view. Breakfast was great with both cold and hot foods. Coffee made at request - latte, espresso, etc. Staff speaks English and very helpful.

The hotel has all i needed close to centre lots of places to eat lots to see and close enough to the sea

Wonderful hotel in excellent location. The very large breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff was helpful. Could have used a bit more storage in bathroom. A little cupboard would have been nice as we were three women. There were robes and slippers provided, the bath tub was huge and the complimentary toiletries were welcomed.

Generally I like everthing in this hotel, it is close to city center.

The staff makes you feel at home always warm hearted the best part starts with Irina the reception manager as she sends you message welcoming you to the property and the rooms are spacious with balcony and in new condition.... the cleanliness is awesome always and the location is very good for tourists as 10 to 15 minutes walk to all tourist destination (noneed bus or taxi) for healthy person The taxi driver NICOLAi is awesome too and speaks English and affordable rates for room service and taxi service and problems arise quickly solved by Irina
