The location is good only. The staff need to pay more attention. Cleaning needs to be paid more attention.

The hotel is a bit old, the rooms are spacious but clean. Very close to BTS Phaya Thai Airport Link. The distance to Pratunam market is quite close. It's quite a distance to Platinum mall. But it can still be reached on foot. Recommended.

The hotel location is very good and close to the airport rail link. The overall experience, including cleanliness, facilities, decoration, services etc, is much below hotel standard comparing to nearby hotels with similar range of room fees.

It's 1:00 PM, the hallway lights don't turn on, it's all dark, scary.

The air conditioner in the room is not cold at all. can't sleep all night
