This is how was very good for the price. Pretty centrally located in the Palermo District. Good restaurants in the area. Unfortunately it rained when we get there in the area does get flooded. It’s on the same block as the most famous steakhouse in Buenos Aires. Staff was friendly, spoke in good English and accommodating.

Big shout out to the front desk: Ignacio, Lucas, Gaston and two ladies whose names I sadly didn't get. They were all so kind and patient with my limited Spanish, and luckily spoke English to help point us in the right direction to everything from restaurants to nearby shopping and sites to see. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel I felt was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do, which included taking a Hop On Hop Off tour, visiting the Ecoparque (former zoo), and the Parque Almirate Gonzalex Fernandez. All of which was in walking distance. And then there was the breakfast. I sadly did not get the names of all the wonderful people working so hard there every morning to set out all the great options and even cook eggs to order if we wanted. But they did a great job making sure nothing ran out. Everything was tasty and there were enough choices to satisfy both my husband and myself so we could leisurely fuel up for our day's adventures. If we're ever lucky enough to return to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay here again if space was available.

Great place, great location. One service issue: elevator broke down and we were trapped for 20 minutes.

Very large crowds outside front door very noisy I felt very unsafe

The bed was confortable, the shower was great, and the room was clean. Breakfast is included, while the seating area was small, it provides good options and the staff was great. Considering the price and location it was great stay.

Nice place, very quiet, staff helpful and knowledgeable. A famous restaurant is steps away but reservations are a must.

Everything was great except they said we drank three cokes out of our room and we did not. So we got charged, kinda felt shady. But the location is great and the morning breakfast was awesome.

Our 1-bedroom was well appointed. Management delivered a chocolate assortment on their dime. The associated dinner and breakfast area provided a good selection on their menu. The breakfast omelet was terrific.

Very clean friendly staff

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an excellent area and everything is very walkable. The beds are quite hard and the air conditioning is very cold. My big complaint is the restaurant which is rated by Michelin. The complementary breakfast is wonderful, but we ate here on our last night and three hours later I was on the floor of my bathroom being violently ill for the rest of the night. It ruined the next several days of travel. Also, as a hotels.com silver member I was entitled to 20% off food and beverages once during my stay but the restaurant wouldn’t honour this.

10/10 customer service, we needed early check in with our baby and they were able to accommodate + they provided a crib. Breakfast is very good, lots of options. Room was cozy and AC worked well. We forgot a blankie in our room and the hotel staff was quick to return it to us. Location is amazing too, very safe. We walked everywhere and tried a few places

Lovely neighbourhood - clean, well appointed and bright rooms, good breakfast buffet and friendly staff

Location of Hotel was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was construction going on in the Hotel during our stay. This was annoying.

We only stayed for two nights but the hotel was safe and convenient and staff was very helpful and informative. Staff was bilingual which made communication much simpler.

Great staff that were fluent in English, clean high quality room, and very fun location near many restaurants and bars.

We love the breakfast! The staff and service at the front desk is outstanding. Really helpful!
