The room was very bad. The mattress was very thin—you could really feel the springs. The walls were dirty and had visible stains. The toilet was also in terrible condition—the walls were grimy, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains that wouldn't come off even with scrubbing. I definitely won't be booking this hotel room again. The hotel should upgrade the room facilities.

The hotel is okay. The price is very reasonable. The room is old, but still comfortable to stay overnight. The parking lot is also spacious. No need to worry about parking everywhere. It's worth it for what you pay.

The cleanliness 3/5. The room [is a] little bit old; however, still okay for a normal stay. The TV only got not more than 5 basic channels. The location [is] within the city area, old town Ipoh. Very suitable for a business trip with a tight budget. Not really for family holiday purposes. High building so [a] nice view from [the] hotel room. Tqvm.

Hotel di tengah kota, kamar bersih, petugas ramah dan sangat membantu, tapi sayang disayang, sekitar hotel ga ada yang jual makanan, harus jalan sedikit jauh untuk menemukan kedai makan. Overall hotel best lah.

I brought many luggage at that time, nobody assist or provide service to me to move my luggage in the room. I have to take the luggage trolley by myself and move all my luggage into the room by myself.

Overall is okay. Just the pillow not so comfortable.
