From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. The swimming pool was perfect for kids. We recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Padang.

The wifi in the room is very slow. In the superior type room, there is no mini fridge anymore. The mattress on the bed is like a ship. It's not even anymore.

Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the toilets in the swimming pool

It's a shame that for a room price of 900,000 the balcony door can't be locked, there are no mats and towels in the room, you have to ask twice before they are given them, there is no mini fridge, the water heater on the electric kettle is rusty.

The hotel that has long been our family's residence when we go to Padang

Unfortunately the bathtub leaked.. the water kept coming out even though it was locked.. had to use a tissue to cover it 😄

When I go to Padang, I always stay at Pangeran... I always swim in the morning with my children.

I had a long trip from Malaysia. I couldn't bear to move hotels that day, but I had a really bad experience. Starting from the dirty hot water kettle, the refrigerator wasn't cold. The hotel interior looks like an old building. The sink didn't have a lid. The toilet flush also didn't have a lid, the bathroom mirror wasn't clean. Not to mention, there was moldy pizza at breakfast. There was no initiative from the staff to make it up for me. I wouldn't go back for sure. I hope this review will make you guys improve more. I was also given a review paper in the room, but there was no pen or pencil to fill it up. The basic logic starts there of how bad my experience was.

Everything is okay, but don't choose the wrong room. Look at the room name, not the bed type listed in the Traveloka description. To ensure it fits. If the room is called a twin, it means it has two beds, even though the bed type in the description says one queen.

room and hotel location are recommanded. The breakfast variations are very diverse and delicious. ofcourse there are rooms for improvement, such as room window need to be sound proof, now is very noizy from traffic out side, and blanket seem need to be replace, the color not white anymore . table set for breakfat out side main breakfast hall need to be cleaned, quite dusty.
