Great for a budget hotel.

Comfort and very clean. Updated rooms. Breakfast included. Staff very attentive.

No curtains in room. Room was a supposably a suite. Jetted tub did not work and its electrical & plumbing panel was lying on the floor. The Duct tape they used would not hold it to the tub. Did not expect 5 star lodging, but this barely gets a 1 star.

Hotel was nice, clean and the crews is friendly. One thing I would suggest is maybe install safety handle rails in the shower. I didn’t have a problem with slipping but there could be someone down road that the handle rails would help. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable beds.

Great little room

We really enjoyed the pool and spa area. It gave us something to do. Cable was great. The old adage that you get what you pay for is true here. It was clean enough. The accommodations were adequate. Breakfast was super crowded and underwhelming. For the price we paid we left feeling good about the decision.

Bad mattress

It was a great location. Average rooms and average breakfast.

The "hot" breakfast was a joke!! Room and other amenities were good.

Beds were very hard, tv was small. But rooms were clean. Smelled good, it was quiet. Loved the recliner. Breakfast had ok selections . But over all was a good stay except for the beds sorry.

Staff and convenience of location to BYUI are great. The bathroom had ants back in January and I let the staff know. Stayed in a different room in April, still had ants in the bathroom.

We had called halfway through our 13-hour drive out there to see what time they closed the pool and the hot tub, we were told 10p, but when we explained the distance we were coming, the desk clerk said he would leave a note for the night clerk and they could leave it open for us. We arrived at 10:15 and the night clerk would not let us into the hot tub area, insisting that the closing time was 10p. The main room was mainly clean, however the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was something all over the curtains, not sure how it got there and the valance of the curtain was absolutely covered in dust. There were ants all over in the bathroom and in the vanity area, so assuming they were also where it was harder to see. The water was luke warm at best, so upgrading to the room with the jacuzzi tub was a waste as we couldn't even take a hot shower. Several of the staff members were very polite, but one of the front desk staff was rude and acted extremely inconvenienced when we asked for help with something. I had booked two rooms for December, but changed my reservation, I don't think I'll go back.
