More motel than hotel. Air conditioner was very loud. So bad that they give you ear plugs.

The room is really nice…and the bed is really comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. The greenbelt is right next to the lodging, so very convenient for a walk.

Very nice property. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice walking trail nearby.

Hot tub. Friendly, very helpful & accommodating staff.

Well-kept facility with fairly recent renovations. Only downside is that the breakfast room is upstairs and there's no elevator.

Only crtique is about the accessibility to the breakfast room being on the second floor and the main floor rooms are 1 step up from the lobby..

Room was upstairs and was suppose to have view of courtyard instead view of black wall. Ear plugs provided….AC WAS TERRIBLY NOISEY Tiny room tiny bed tiny bathroom. Never stay here again

Rooms and property is very dated. Toilets are short, floors are freezing. Floors are marked wrong.

One queen room is very small, can hardly move around the bed. The brick wall inside looked like it was an outside wall before and the room was added as an afterthought. Carpet thin, dark, unsure if clean at all. The desk with one chair only and tucked in the corner beside the fridge and the air conditioner. Only one person was able to eat by the desk, and only after moving the chair to the side. The walls are too thin, can hear every noise from the neighbours. Air conditioner also noisy. Microwave door was getting locked every time the stop button was pressed. Had to unplug and plug back in to get the food out. The only positive things are- good breakfast, lots of hot options and gluten free options were available, nice lobby. Kitchen stuff was friendly.

It is an old motel remodelled. Very small rooms. Staff was nice. They have a free shuttle to town.

Day staff was really welcoming reception and dining area. Night staff seemed very unhappy .

They have hot chocolate at breakfast!

Breakfast was great! Due to nature of motel style we had 2 incidents when random people were knocking on our door in the night. It was scary. We called the front desk and was advised to "just wait, its probably the guy that was hanging around here that doesnt look very trustworthy". He finally went away but it scared my daughter and I. Likely not the norm there, but scary none the less. Breakfast was wonderful, and the beds were comfy!

Newly renovated hotel, clean room, great bed and pillows, hot shower/bath. The hot-tub was awesome with a great outlook over the snow capped mountains. Breakfast is well worth it, a good range of protein, fruit and carbs, something for everyone. This would be a great romancing weekend stay.

Staff wasn’t useful or friendly

A great little place! Super clean, updated bathrooms, and new linens which make it comfy. The included breakfast and friendly ambiance at the Gold Panner are the icing on the cake! We return regularly and stay for a week. The consistency and reliability of knowing what we'll get make it truly off the charts value. And it's Revelstoke - beautiful, sooo much to do, and amazing food!

Room was clean and comfortable and the outdoor hot tub had a beautiful view. Breakfast buffet offered a reasonable variety of food including gluten free options.
