Grateful for the 24/7 checkin, bec i needed to do an emergency booking at 9pm due to another property in the north falling through due to lack of communication and no checkin instructions provided. They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. Cute decor, interior plants made it very comfy.

Nice hotel in great area. Hotel has everything closeby for dining to grocery. If we every visit merida, we will definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness was definitely lacking. The refrigerator and the stove top were awfully dirty. Everything was so crammed in what was laughable called a kitchenette. The bathroom wasnt much better.

It convenient location and accessibility to basic needs

Only one night stay, but the location of the nearest Mall, Bank, and restaurants was ideal. The mini supermarket adjacent to the property provided convenience for essentials, ...The only criticism was the pressure of the water for showering, which was more of a trickle than a decent flow of water....Overall the property was good value for money....The check-in staff provided very good service & very polite (Staff - 5* Rating).

Everything was great. Hotel was clean and the personnel assisted us with all our special requests.

Room smell bad, not hot water. I'll never book this hotel again.

Impossible to find, superfar from the centre. We never even entered the premises with the room already paid, when we finally found it, in between two busy roads in the middle of nowhere with shady types outside. Terrible.

Muy buena de acuerdo al costo. Solo unos focos fundidos. Hizo falta toalla pequeña para manos. En el baño, la regadera con poca presión. Pero en lo general, por el precio muy bien para pasar la noche.
