The property was very dirty. One bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bedding was washed but stained. The sink was cracked. The dirt and grime on the walls, doors and floor was appalling. We were very happy to only have to stay one night.

The room was Dirty, it smelled bad I had to check out a day early because I had a family medical emergency. But they refused to refund me for the night I couldn't stay but was charged for it. They billed me for the whole stay before I even knew it. I have never been charged for a hotel room before I even stayed a night yet.I want.my credit card refunded immediately I have pictures of that pigstye

Check in was great, friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms.

We stay here every time we come to Sicamous. Great hotel. Only downfall is no microwaves in rooms and parking is very congested with the restaurant being next door.

Good pub next door

This property is old and rundown. It needs some work and TLC. We won’t stay there again.

Lot of bedbugs-no proper cleaning.no proper organization Very disappointed. Staff service was poor.

The staff members are pleasant and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms, especially bathroom, could use some attention..looking tired. Prep and paint would help.

Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s just steps from the waterfront with cute shops nearby. The facility is quite dated.

Rooms are clean with all necessary amenities.

Room temperature wasn t adequate

Basic motel style 2 storey. Clean well kept but the key word is basic. The rooms are great but no pool hot tub or gym. For me this what I needed as it was an overnight stop on a road trip. The onsite Pub has good food cold beer and great ambiance. I have stayed there many on trips and I will return. Good value for the money in the off season. In the summer I usually prefer a hotel/motel with a outdoor pool.

I paid for a suit , got a normal 2 queen room

The restaurant next door was excellent. Really good food and service. The Super 8 breakfast was ok.
