Pros - friendly check-in also nice and quick, big room and very comfy bed, big towels which i need lol. Cons - nothing comes to mind

Staff are excellent from front desk right threw to cleaners,restaurant staff were excellent,room was very clean,shower was brillant mist hotels the pressure is lacking but ours was excellent,every staff member was friendly,helpfull and polite - the facilities were excellent,clean up to date and easy to use(gym area) we really enjoyed our stay

Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The wi-fi was absolutely terrible though and it was impossible to get any work done or download anything to watch. The gym was very good and clean and airy.

First time staying here as my usual hotel was full. Lovely food a great gym and the added bonus of a pool steam room and sauna - exceeded my expectations and will be staying again

Hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast however was not good. Cold fried eggs and overpriced. Perfect location just off the motorway

The key cards only work one time. Each time you go back to your room you need to get reception to reload them with room access. Pretty time consuming and a bit annoying. Outside of that the hotel is nice. Decent gym.

Only negative was that the food was average. Limited choice for Vegans. Otherwise great

Lovely quiet night.

The room smelt of cigarettes. When I requested a different one o was forced to pay extra £14.50 or the alternative was to stay in the smelly room or sleep in my car. No apology.

The pool and changing areas weren’t particularly clean and felt run down. Poor lighting in the room and the pillows were awful. On the plus side the food in the restaurant was lovely!

Clean, friendly staff, relaxing environment and good value for money

Beautiful hotel. We had hoped to use the leisure facilities but the pool was closed for maintenance on the day we arrived (reception either weren’t aware of this/did not inform us, so we didn’t find out until we went over to the leisure and spa area which was a shame).

I appreciate that check in before 3pm is not guaranteed, but my experience on this visit (I've stayed before) was not what I would deem as positive customer service. On arrival at 2pm we were told that housekeeping would not confirm room readiness prior to 3pm - not even an attempt to check. Most hotels will at least check - even if very busy
