Este hotel sigue siendo una gran opción para hospedarse en Cuernavaca. Posee mucha vegetación, una alberca bonita con calefacción, amenidades para recreación, deportes y descanso. Su restaurante posee una buena calidad de alimentos y gran ambiente para pasar una linda noche. El valet y la recepción para registrarse dan un gran servicio. Las habitaciones son agradables, tranquilas y con camas cómodas. Tal vez si renovaran su mobiliario, sería mucho mejor porque da la impresión de verse vieja y descuidada.

The hotel grounds and pool are very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. It also feels safe. Generally it is quiet, except in the early morning as the my are setting up the buffet. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The downside is that the rooms are relatively old and in need of a renovation.

Everything was cool but the only thing is the furniture,tv, air conditioner and stuff like that, they are really old and they could be changed but besides that really good place

Es un hotel que requiere un mantenimiento urgente, la piscina empieza a "desprender" mucho azulejo, peligroso si lo pisamos nos podemos cortar. El cuarto que nos tocó olía mucho a humedad. Nos tocó la mala fortuna de tener una familia en los cuartos de al lado que hicieron mucho ruido. El área de gimnasio está abandonada.

Only 54 rooms, warm service, delicious food, a big swimming pool and a tennis courtyard surrounded by beautiful gardens make the recipe for a perfect stay.

Nice hotel with excellent location and staff, but has been in service for 40 years and you can notice that in the bathrooms with very outdated funiture and also in the kids play area.

Es un lugar bonito y con ambiente familiar, sin embargo es poco accesible para personas con movilidad limitada. La comida es rica pero con poca variedad. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial.

En general está muy bien está bien cuidada, tiene áreas de oprtunidad, dandole un cambio de cortinas y una buena pintada para que se vea un poco más actualizadas las habitaciones, en cuando las amenidades hay cantantes que ponene el habiente en el estaurante, y cantan muy bonito, pero si estás junto al restaurante y si eres de sueño ligero puede ser algo incómodo que tampoco es intolerable
