Flight from Kalimantan and given early check-in because I brought a baby, overall very satisfying.

The hotel staff was very friendly. When I arrived, I requested a refrigerator and it was provided very quickly. The room type was average. It was a budget hotel for the price.

Everything is fine, the parking lot is cramped so it takes extra time to take turns getting in and out of the car. If you arrive late, valet is available from the hotel.

I was just looking for a budget hotel because I had an event nearby in the morning. I wanted to borrow an iron that evening, but was told they weren't available and there was no promise of one. Basically, there was no solution (the staff member was a man that night) (November 19, 2025 evening) But I'm sure the service at an Ibis would be like this. Luckily, another female front desk representative arrived later, and the iron was available and she was very helpful. The front desk in the morning was also helpful, as I borrowed another one. The location is great. Perhaps the service needs to be improved throughout the staff (I forget the name of the female front desk representative on November 20th, but she did a good job).

Comfortable room and comfortable room atmosphere

The receptionist was nice. I complained and tried to get it cleaned with a spray bottle. There were still LOTS of cockroaches. Not on the repeat hotel list.

The service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily without being asked. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I found breakfast to be different every day.

The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is also strategic, close to everything. the staffs were very polite and helpfull. i have stayed in this ibis a few times, with different problems each room has. water leak, broken shower, sometimes the hot water doesnt run, the aircon is not as cold as i expect but its ok
