A 3 star hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was average, again it’s a 3 star hotel. We were happy to find a hotel to book in the last minute. Everything functional. No complaints.

Really rude staff at the reception desk. Charged me extra for the room, claiming I booked for 1 person, even though I had called and told the hotel that it was 2 of us.

The hotel was fine without being spectacular. I would stay again. There seemed to be some kind of function going on and there was minimal staff on behind the reception/bar. I was kept waiting for ten minutes or so - which doesn't create a good first impression. Breakfast was OK and typical to this part of the world.

Fully OK place to stay for a few nights while visiting Mora. Rooms got a bit warm and breakfast was OK but below Swedish standard. Staff very friendly.

It was nice. The gym was not mentioned at hotels.com which was a bit inconvenient but I had my active wear with me anyway so it was fine. A bit of a simple hotel but nice.

The hotel is nice, the staff is fantastic. Janne is brilliant!

Ok place to crash for the night. Perfectly located near the highway for easy access. Oh, you get a 25kr discount for food when staying at one of the rooms.

Super hotel. Very welcoming and the breakfast had a wide variety. Room was nice and comfortable.

Easy access via door code...got it via phone since there is nobody on Sunday afternoon in low season but that was no problem at all...worked out in the end after realizing I parked in the back which is facing to the street and not in front of the lobby...LOL Bed was comfortable Wasn’t that noisy Easy parking Breakfast was great, great variety Would stay here again

The hotel was only a few minutes from the railway station which was convenient in our case. It took about 20 minutes to walk into town but it was a pleasant walk. Breakfast was nice and overall it was a very pleasant one night stay.

Hotellet stengt. Men fikk tilsendt kode til ytterdør og romnøkkel i konvolutt v resepsj. Ingen tilgang til basseng, alt låst. Åpnet først til frokost neste dag. Ellers alt ok og det er et trivelig hotell med fin beliggenhet. Sover godt i gode senger!

Trevligt rum. God mat till ett bra pris.

Greit hotell. Gratis og bra parkeringsplass. Enkel men ok frokost. Et lite innendørs basseng og treningsrom med apparater. 20-30 min gange fra Mora Sentrum. Fine salonger, men storblomstret tapet er vel ikke helt moderne lengre.

Trevlig personal, fräscht nyrenoverat dubbelrum, god frukost och extra trevligt med vällagad och god middag. Återkommer gärna.
