The hotel staff are friendly and kind.

This isn't my first time here. The place is reasonably priced. The service is all good.

The room is not clean. There are cockroaches in the room. The towels are stained black. The mattress is stained.

The app lists the capacity as 2 adults and 3 children, but the bed is very small. It's only suitable for 2 adults and 1 baby, so it's not very comfortable for resting. The hotel's location is good. Luggage storage is very helpful. An iron is available outside the room for shared use. It comes fully equipped with an ironing board.👍

The hotel is good but i pay for the tax, and im disappointed

Room service was less than satisfactory. I asked for mineral water refills several times, but they never came, and when I picked them up, they didn't give me any either. I also asked for help cleaning the room, but it wasn't done. In the end, I had to get the key again and clean it myself. 😔

the wifi is a bit up and down, but the rest is amazing! totally recommended and worth the price.

We didn't have time to take photos inside the hotel area. However, it's highly recommended for tourists and is close to public transportation like buses and trains.

The lobby smells a bit unpleasant, the room is quite clean, but it feels dirty because the walls and floor are typical of old buildings.

The hotel is very strategic. It's right in front of Pudu Sentral, so it's easy to get to the airport by bus. You can see trains passing by around the hotel. There's a 24-hour self-service laundry next door, which is really helpful if you're bringing a few clothes. The rooms are standard for the price, but they're not soundproof, but they're comfortable.

Strategic location, a decent budget hotel for resting close to Bukit Bintang and shopping locations.

Hotel staff are not very friendly towards Indonesians🙏

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, the room was not cleaned, the water was not refilled, even though there was a note that it was cleaned.

The hotel is quite close to Petaling Street and Alor, about 850 meters away, a 15-minute walk. The rooms are clean.

what they display in internet nothing is true , I would not recommend further another annoying thing is you need to reconnect and login in to internet every hour.
