The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms and facilities are clean. Hotel amenities are quite complete. You can borrow umbrellas from the front desk if it rains. It's just a bit far from Shibuya, Ginza, Tokyo, etc. You have to take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line to get to Ikebukuro and the JR Yamanote Line or take bus 白 61 to Mejiro. Or it's about a 10-minute walk to the Tokyo Subway.
