One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The beds were rock hard, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cheap scraps, and the bathroom had mold everywhere. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

Tercera vez que me quedo acá en Block. Habitaciones muy cómodas, buena limpieza. Lugar muy céntrico, cerca de transporte, áreas para caminar, a pesar de que es céntrico se descansa muy bien. 100 puntos. Quisiera nada más hacer una observación, que esta vez que me quede, y por lo general me despierto sobre las 10am., se escuchaba en el pasillo la Radio de comunicación interna del hotel, y si el ruido se escuchaba dentro de la habitación causando algo de molestias sugeriría que lo tengan a menos volumen o usar head set… todo lo demás es excelente, lo recomiendo.

Everything is ok and perfect , staff is good. Breakfast is poor , better to improve breakfast against extra cost

It is a comfortable, luxurious stay at a very affordable price with a view of the city.

Nice hotel in convenient location to many attractions. Clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of plugs for charging. Everything worked. My room was next to the main road but traffic noise was tolerable. There were electrical issues one particular day with the only elevator being out of service for a while. Half the hotel is being renovated; power outage due to construction. As a vegetarian I didnʻt try included breakfast on 7th floor. Would stay here again.

It was really noisy upstairs around 5-6 am every day ( probs construction) and the Wi-Fi sucked. It was in a great area, and I felt safe.

My state was excellent a lot of help. The rooms was nice and the service was fantastic. We’ll be back again thank you.

Great stay and great location

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioning was okay. Everything was walkable distance. A few blocks away from Angel de Independencia. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast. In my opinion its not worth paying extra. Portions are super small and they run out of juice and milk by 9am both days we were there. No way for my kids to eat cereal without milk. Im not exaggerating but the portions of a toast we got it was 1/8 of a piece of toast. They cut it onto 4 triangles then cut those triangles in half. Also, our toilet got clogged the first night and nobody was available to fix it. They told us they will fix it the next morning and that didn't happen so we had to go to the 7th floor to everytime we needed to use the restroom until we checked out basically 2 days later. It was never fixed.

Spacious suite with all necessary amenities, easy check-in and convenient location. Best bang for the bucks!

The hotel was very nice the service was very good. The parking into the garage is very tight for big cars I have a Buick Enclave SUV and it barely fit. There was some loud music coming from next door and they brought us up some earplugs didn't help a lot but it was a nice gesture. I would consider staying there again.

The garbage bin was full of garbage of the previous guest

The Hotels.com description says that this room is soundproof and that is the farthest from the truth. You can hear everything from every room around you and in the hallway as well. They even have a sign in the room that says you can request ear plugs. The beds were ok but the pillows were the worst I've ever experienced and we literally just stuffed with a polyester material that wasn't even covered other than the pillowcase. The sink loses pressure after a few seconds of being on and then makes a hammering sound. Most of the reception staff do not speak English so I had to use a translator a lot. The towels are falling apart. The showerhead doesn’t give a lot of water as well. Cleaning staff were super polite and helpful. The cleaning lady was nice to change my sheets as the ones on arrival had stains on them. The room description says it has a washer and dryer which is also not true.

The staff is super nice and friendly. The room is nice. They. Have fridge and sink in the room. The bathroom is a little small, but clean. They have a table and microwave. Is really nice.

Is a nice place for a long stay as it a bit larger than a regular hotel room and it feels more like an apartment due to the fact it has a separate area for dinner and a kitchenette, also a plus is the fact that the hotel has washer and dryer machines in the basement in case you need to do laundry.
