The hotel is very run down. Breakfast was disgusting. Make plans to eat elsewhere

The room was dated, but okay, the beds were comfortable. There were no batteries in the TV remote control. There were cigarette burn marks, on the side of the tub. The small fridge was noisy.

One of the back doors would not open with the key. Both outside doors had sidewalk to door entry ramps that were widened so much that it was a huge struggle to get the hotel cart across it. The room assigned to us because we had a dog was way smaller than what I expected with a really small bathroom. This will not be a repeat.

This is a nice budget friendly option. The staff is good and the breakfast is nice. Scrambled eggs, Bread, Bagel, Waffle, coffee and juice. What else more you want :)

Hotel was clean and close to most attractions in the area.

I booked my reservation weeks in advance, they charged my credit card, I get to the hotel on July 4th only to find the front desk guy claimed he didn't have my reservation, even though I showed him the reservation number and the charge to my credit card. They simply gave my room away to someone else and my family of 5 had to sleep in our car. Every other hotel in the area was booked due to the holiday. Terrible customer service!

Hotel was nice. Clean, quiet, nice free breakfast. Booked it through hotels.com and thought the price was set because it says this is the price you will pay but then realized there was a resort fee charge of $7 that was added on. Staff was helpful and friendly but didn’t communicate about price or offer a receipt at checkout. Would have saved a few bucks if booked on hotel site.

In my room, the air conditioning was the only good thing about it. Not so much in the room my friend stayed in. The hotel itself smelled bad. The pool was over chlorinated which begs the question, why? They ask you to use the same towels and wash cloths for 3 days and because i didn't, I was charged $14 extra! The toilet handle had to be held down to flush. The site says there is a hot tub which there is none. I ordered a room with 2 queen beds and they were double beds instead. The breakfast area was unsanitary and they had bagels and breads set out for toasting. The toaster was on the counter and plugged in but were told it didn't work. It was not a place I'd recommend.

Other than having the cheapest toilet paper I've ever used, the stay here was great.

There was only 1 available electrical outlet in the entire room. That outlet had a 6 port adaptor which I don’t think is even code for commercial use. Laminate floors instead of carpet, so everything echoed and was loud. No one I dealt with spoke very good English. The room probably hasn’t been updated in 15+ years. Really the only positive I have is it was clean. Definitely not worth what I paid (charged me an extra $7 for some service fee). Next time I’ll pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Reasonable priced. Free breakfast.

In the pool area there is mold around the edges and the water was not clear. In the room there was dirt in the corners. The bed was comfortable.
