Was a very good clean room. Staff was great and breakfast was good.

This hotel is far from the hospital, about 5 km. There are food options but not as many as in the city center. But if you want to find peace, this is the right place. The location is close to the cruise ship pier. The rooms are quite spacious. There are many breakfast choices. There is a gym. Nice swimming pool with salt water so the body relaxes. The service is very friendly.

Great stay.. hotel smell soo good and make me feel calm 😚 breakfast was awesome. There are variety choice of roti canai that were make when request. Gonna repeat this hotel 😍

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. When we arrived, it was still a little early and the room was not ready. So, the hotel did a pre-check in for us and invited us to use the hotel facilities whilst waiting for the room. We spent some time at the pool which we enjoyed after which we were able to get the keys and entered our room. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had partial view of the sea. There was a cruise ship docked at the port and that was quite an interesting view out of the window. Breakfast was fantastic. There were plenty of choices and mostly really good.

Our sheets (under the blanket) were stained in multiple areas on arrival. We called housekeeping and they were promptly changed.

Luxury Heritage Hotel Atmosphere with Friendly Staff.

Well managed hotel consistent with the Royale Chulan brand. More comfortable seating in deluxe rooms would be appreciated. Most rooms have chaise longue seating. Small sofas are a lot more comfortable and should be considered with current renovations. Breakfast very good- variety and quality and house keeping was outstanding. I will continue to choose Royale Chulan accommodation in Malaysia.

friendly & helpful hotel staff. Delicious & varied food. When I parked on the 3rd floor, the staff said the elevator down was broken. 1-2 times I park in front of the hotel only

Very strategic location, close to the culinary center and city center, comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent facilities, satisfied staying here.

Hotel is nice, just that there 's some lights that is not functioning. There 's a lot more lights inside the room so its not so big of an issue. The right side of the bed doesn't have a plug point, another small detail as well, not big of a deal. For the value that I'm paying for, I think its worth it.

Room Access card not working, faulty phone, TV remote and safe box not working. Tampered bathroom necessities. Request to clean my room not done during my entire stay.

The hotel location is really strategic… it is really close to the heritage street and surrounded by many beautiful buildings…. The only complaint I got only for the cleaning time, as we stay there the time for room cleaning is really unfortunate. There is 1 day when our room was not clean up. Other than that everything is perfect

Strategic location. Nearby to hawkers, banks, street art, little India. Wide spread of breakfast.

The check-in & check out process was smooth; Improved than before. Free & safe parking. Location is great; Penang CAT bus stop is just a few steps away. The room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast hall was spacious; We were using the hall on the 1st floor. However, the service could be better as we had to find our own seats; Preferably if the staff can arrange the seats for us.

Clean spacious room, the breakfast worth the money.

No extra towel. Staff quite friendly.
