The hotel is steadily declining in quality. I've stayed here several times before. This time, they removed the safe and refrigerator from the service, claiming they were all broken. And I booked a superior room! The staff is friendly. However, the small tiles in the shower and the shower door seal are coming loose.

The staff was helpful and polite. I'll stay here again next time.

All 5 stars for On the Rock, just 1 cm less, in my room there is only one electrical plug, so to charge my cellphone I have to remove the lamp cable... if possible add a plug. thx u
