Highly recommended to others, the hotel is very nice.

The hotel service is good, but the room is damp and there are no amenities, but it's good for transit.

The hotel is right in front of the Pudu Central bus terminal, so it's easy to catch the bus to and from the airport. The receptionist is very nice and friendly... the room is clean, the bathroom is clean.

As soon as I got up to the 3rd floor, the smell was already bad, it was really smelly. Turns out when I entered the room, the atmosphere was really bad, damp, smelly, & disgusting with the room, lots of damp spots. Got a dud room even though the reviews were good, but why did I get a room that was so dirty. Regret staying here even though it was close to everything. Even the hair dryer was yellow and not maintained.

Every time I visit Kuala Lumpur, I always try to stay at this hotel. This was my first time in Kuala Lumpur, and from that very first time, the experience was truly memorable. 1. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and quick. 2. The rooms were clean, and they were cleaned daily at 5 PM upon request. The staff always provided us with drinking water, coffee sachets, sugar, creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a fresh roll of tissues. 3. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Bukit Bintang. Kuala Lumpur's main tourist attractions are within walking distance. The nearest LRT station is Plaza Rakyat. 4. The room rates are commensurate with the amenities provided and the hotel's strategic location. 5. The hotel also has an elevator, which is helpful for those with large suitcases. 6. The hotel's drawbacks are: a. There's no iron provided; only an ironing board is available on each floor. b. The hot water in the bathroom isn't very hot. Hopefully, this hotel can improve its shortcomings. Of course, God willing, if I have the good fortune to go to Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff are very friendly, speak Malay, and are very helpful. You can leave your luggage, borrow scales, and even use a hammer. It's a pleasure to stay here.

Cheap prices, strategic location and friendly employees

The hotel is quite spacious. Easy access. But it's very noisy in the hotel room area. The sound of things falling continuously and the sound of doors being slammed very loudly. And repeatedly. To the point where I can't sleep.

The hotel is located directly across from Pudu Sentral bus station and close to Plaza Rakyat LRT Station. So, transportation is easy. It's easy to find food around the hotel, even late at night. However, the room is quite cramped, including the bathroom.

for the staff is quite friendly but not very responsive when asked for help, for the location is very good because it is across from Pudu Sentral and close to everywhere, minus the hard mattress and musty smell both in the hotel hallway and the room. and many parts of the roof are moldy because of humidity. for the price is quite cheap and affordable.

strategic hotel location, access everywhere is close, you can walk, you can take a car/bus, it's also close, just cross the street in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly when we need help, the staff is willing to serve. The service is also satisfying. For those who have a tight budget, this hotel is recommended.
