You can borrow a hair dryer. Just let them know. The room is okay. The lights are a bit dim, but it's okay for sleeping. Only the toilet is not very clean. The towels aren't shiny either. But with a friendly price and strategic location, plus friendly staff, it's really good.

The staff was nice and friendly. The location is close to Pool Travel and various tourist attractions. The breakfast was also quite good. The only downside was that a cockroach suddenly appeared in the room early in the morning, but I couldn't be bothered to take a photo and complain because I was already checking out. Guys, if you go to Bandung and are looking for a strategic hotel, clean, friendly staff, there are bolsters, you can borrow irons, you must stay here. I highly recommend this hotel, even though the room is a bit small but it is very comfortable, the bed and pillows are clean, then you get a bolster, the AC also works well, there is a water heater, amenities are available, you get clean towels too, basically the best stay here! On each floor there is a dispenser so you can refill water and there is a hot water kettle too, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided! The best anyway, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again🫶🏻

Overall, it's okay. But the pillows, especially the bolsters, smell a bit musty. There's also a lot of dust under the bed.

The location is downtown, close to everything. The food selection could be improved. Hopefully, a doormat is provided without having to ask. I'm the type who doesn't like to ask. In the end, I used the towel I had as a doormat. It's a shame, as it will wear out quickly. The staff is top-notch. So far, so good.
