The sheets and blankets were dirty. The electrical outlets didn't work, neither the bathroom outlets nor the bedside outlets. Before a customer uses a room, everything should be ensured to be secure. My sleep was disturbed repeatedly until midnight. Please improve this in the future.

Very comfortable. It suits me who got the price of 480 thousand rupiah for 3 days 2 nights. The room is comfortable, the bed is soft. Highly recommended to stay here for typical budget hotels and backpackers like me. 4 stars for Vio Hotel Cihampelas. The room is small, but not too stuffy (hot) but still can hear people's voices outside and vice versa. The TV is Smart TV, Netflix is free, but others like YouTube are not. Haven't explored others, only YouTube and Netflix. The bathroom seems to need an extra exhaust fan because it smells and is hot. Otherwise, it is very comfortable and according to the price.

This property was my most terrible experience. I requested a non-smoking room but I got a room with a few cigarette stains. I asked to change the room, but I got a more terrible room. I didn't have any idea about their maintenance. The lamp switch was loose and one of the electric sockets was broken. On the second night, I called the front desk to fix my bath soap dispenser. The housekeeping staff came into my room without taking off his shoes, and it caused my floor to be dirty. I will not recommend nor book this hotel anymore.

Early morning check-in, immediate check-out the next morning. The receptionist was friendly. Cleanliness was a bit lacking; the floor was a bit sticky (not carpeted), and the hotel itself is old-fashioned, so the bedsheets and towels were a bit worn. Overall, it was sufficient for a short layover; the important thing was a good night's sleep, the AC was cool, and the hot water was good.

The room is clean. Tea and coffee are provided. You can also refill water at the dispenser outside the room. The wall lights can't be turned off, but that's okay, not too disturbing. Suitable for those who just need a room to rest. If you plan to stay in the room for a long time, it's better to book a comfort room because it has a Smart TV and a window.

Exactly as expected, this Gen Z hotel isn't the old-school hotel people think it is. I didn't regret staying here, and it's close to everything.
