Thank you Vio Hotel, all the services are extraordinary, the room is comfortable and clean, the receptionist is cool, the two ladies are very friendly and nice, basically if I go to Bandung I will definitely go to Vio Hotel again, I was very satisfied and comfortable staying at Vio Hotel for 5 days

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, there was still a lot of hair on the floor and mattress, almost fell in the toilet because the floor was wet from the leaking shower jet, the breakfast was cold and tasteless.

The hotel's location is very strategic so it is easy to reach several destinations that I am going to.

Good service, clean bathrooms, close to shopping centers, perfect for a staycation. The staff are friendly.

Overall it's ok, just a bit far from the main road, to look for food it's better to order from an app because around the hotel there are rarely any sellers because it's in the complex

The hotel staff is friendly, but the facilities are not that great... the towels and bed sheets are already broken white, the breakfast is not that great, the AC leaked for 2 days, the TV channels are limited, the AC has to be on fast cool to feel it.

Staying at this hotel was comfortable, only it looked dirty under the mattress, and there were no towels.

The hotel is comfortable and close to Chiwalk... Satisfied staying here.

The location is strategic but the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets is lacking, I was itchy all night. The bathroom doesn't have a jet shower for washing, there's only a toilet spray. There's no shower for ablution, only a large shower so it's difficult to do ablution. Anyone can access the elevator because it doesn't require a card. The TV is only available in certain rooms. It's cheap but that's how it is

It was the room without window so it feels like you are in the capsule or something. The ambience of the room doesnt feel comfortable. The TV Channel was oke. But I slept well so I guess it's fine.

A hotel like this should be around 150,000 Rupiah. It's completely inadequate. At least the cleanliness is minimal. The facilities aren't extravagant, but please improve the standard operating procedures (SOPs). There aren't even towels on time.

the room is quite comfortable, the location is quite strategic, you can walk to Ciwalk. unfortunately when I checked in and entered the room, there were no towels (I had to ask for them from room service first). only 1 toothbrush was provided. breakfast was decent, but I think the variety was lacking. the rest was okay.

price 270 thousand get a good room, good breakfast, only minus get a room that has no window. other than that it's great

The location is very strategic, in the city center and the surrounding area is complete, only I arrived around 5 pm, the lobby was dark and the receptionist was not very responsive, the room was also very small, but the service at the restaurant for breakfast was friendly, only the menu was not very varied

I like the room even though it's not soundproof, because the neighbor's room's voice can still be heard clearly up to our room. I like the size of the room because there is still room for praying. Always be successful, Vio Hotel.

For my experience at Vio Hotel Cihampelas, the only minus was the AC because the AC in my room was leaking so that water dripped until the water flooded the floor.

The AC leaked right in front of the door so it was muddy, the small pillows smelled really bad.

Enjoy quite comfortable, can view Pasopati Bridge, close to Ciwalk Mall. Rooms and toilets are clean, drinking water can be refilled
