Amazing Best Western property, has to be one of the nicest on my trip up the I5 to Seattle. Staff has said the hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Shopping mall as well as many restaurants are walking distance from the property. Thanks for the great stay!

Excellent

I recommend it for individual and family trips. The place is clean and safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, which fills you up until dinner. If that's not enough, there are many restaurants within walking distance 😊

nice place to stay while in Eugene for the track meet at Hayward Field. Close to airport, restaurants close by.

Comfortable bed and nice clean outdoor pool. The only weird thing was the duct tape on the wall of the shower.

Renovated but still has glimpses of the old property. Beds and pillows were good. Front desk staff were nice enough. Travelling with children, we called down to the front desk to ask if the breakfast area had any high-chairs for kids. Was told no. But when we went down, there was a high-chair with buckle. The best part was the water pressure in the shower. After a long day of driving, having water pour down on you with force feels great. We didn't have time to use the amenities. Would stay again if similar properties were more expensive.

Close to restaurants and freeway.

It was not BW fault but Hotel .com did not give info about a dog so they had no rooms that were equipped for animals but I suggested a handicap room which they had

The fact that you wouldn't give my money back and you couldn't clean the pool or anything is ridiculous

Very nice outdoor pool. Exercise equipment, newly remodeled, nice decor. Plenty of hot water.

Check in was great-super fast and friendly. I had to yell to get the clerks attention for checking out at 6am. She was in the back with headphones on. Breakfast was ok-didn’t like the interesting texture of the “eggs”

This was a nice hotel but we had some inconsiderate dealings with the staff, and other than the check in whenever we went to the front no one was around. However the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Wasn't up to Best Western standards. Breakfast was ehhh. Sausage gravy was cold every day and not enough seating. Need a hot tub and indoor pool

The staff was very accommodating. My room was very comfortable and clean. No shortage of dinning options around the hotel. Overall, for me it was an excellent stay.

Very nice property, when remodel is fully completed, ie ice machines on all floors it will be even better

I will certainly stay at this hotel again. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. They display an energy that says that they like working at this hotel and are concerned with your comfort. The room, breakfast and gym were all top notch. Complimentary cookies and coffee in the lobby was a very nice amenity.

Everything was great!

Property was clean, rooms sizable. Unfortunately noisy, and when the room below would close their door, it shook the bed. Breakfast is a gut bomb.
