The breakfast menu was fresh and with a good selection of food. The room is clean, and the stuff is friendly. We arrived 1 hour before check-in, and we were pleased to go to our room after hours of driving

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at!

I stayed for a 2 day trip with my kids. The beds were comfy, the rooms were well equipped with A/C which was well appreciated in the +40 weather we had. One complaint was that it smelt a bit like cigarette smoke but the hotel is quite older so that’s likely why. It was very convenient being able to park outside our room! The breakfast was delicious and a great variety not just continental. There were eggs, sausage, waffle maker etc. Overall, I would likely stay here again.

It is NOT on the water, no view of the river. Surrounding properties run down. It is certainly not a vaca destination. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was extremely clean and well attended to .

The building was clean but was dated

Excellent staff

A buffet breakfast was included and there was a good selection of food. The hotel is minutes from a waterfront marina on foot and an adjacent Irish-style pub/restaurant offers a pleasant terrace and view of the water. The hotel is located next to a well-manicured park area and is a convenient drive to an extensive beach and waterfront park on Lake Huron. Overall, a good place to hunker down while in Sarnia.

we loved the suite - it was very useful, especially having a kitchenette and a separate sleeping area. It was our 2nd stay here, and overall it was great. The only bad thing is that when we got home, we found a bed bug had traveled with us from the hotel on one of our pillows. This was very scary for us - and we won't be going back to this location as a result of this. we are positive the bed bug came from this hotel as we had not stayed anywhere else.
