Only negative I can say isn’t any one persons fault, but the internet was down upon arrival causing a long check in line and some guests couldn’t check in at all. Other than that, stay was great

Beds were to high- felt fear getting on and off- will not be back

Minutes to the Woodlands shopping and entertainment venues. Staff courteous and friendly. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

My friend and I came from Wisconsin for my BBL surgery at goals plastic surgery. We had an amazing experience at this hotel very accommodating they had guest laundry and the housekeeping staff was wonderful
