Staff made this wonderful European-style hotel wonderful for us.

Very nice staff and exceptionally helpful

There is a strange nouse in the room, vent in washroom doesn't stop until 10 minutes after turning off light. Not good for light sleepers

Great central location for our overnight in Rotterdam. We had a great time. So close to transport. Breakfast was delicious in a local cafe. Staff were lovely and super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location and we can't fault the hotel in anyway. Little roof garden area was a bonus .

Was quite loud at night, could hear all the sounds from the street. Otherwise lovely!

The reception staff were excellent , so helpful and friendly indeed. Comfortable room. Great location, direct walk from the Main train station plus tram and metro stop near by.

The room is really cosy and comfortable, our room also came with a safe & a mini fridge for drinks. The staff were really nice and helped us when we had an issue (not due to hotel) the best they could. I really recommend this hotel Connections are really good too with a 30min train ride from Schiphol Airport

Hotel Emma was much better than expected. Reception was extremely friendly, theres a range of teas and coffees available to anyone in the hotel too. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel is right by the route 4 and route 7 tram stop as well as the metro which makes getting round really easy. Would definitely return when back in Rotterdam

Sadly the room I was given was so hot and the fan did not work. I couldn’t open the window because it was too noisy outside until about 2.30am.

Great stay at Emma Hotel. Perfectly located next the Depot Museum, the Central Train Station to go around and walking distance to the waterbus. Very friendly and helpful staff.
