It was all good

We had 2 comfy queens and a nice room. Fast friendly check in and out. Continental breakfast of waffles, other breads, yogurt, eggs/sausage/potatoes/biscuits, juice. Only complaint is that it gets cleaned up at 9. Not even 10? So sad! One of us came out at 9:06 and it was already cleaned up.

Sewage smell coming up in room from shower drain. Nothing was done to resolve the issue.

Overall good . Check in was quick as they couldn’t go over everything due to long line of people waiting. Cookies were burnt and hard. Bed was the worst we had ever slept in. Was a long night of little sleep…

Room is huge!

We liked the fact that it was so close to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival theater. The property was clean and the staff was nice. It was close to the freeway. It is a bit far from downtown Boise. We will definitely stay here again.

What i expected from Best Western.

BW needs to provide Hotels. com & other reservation services with their updated email address so BW can receive payment confirmation - you folks do wanr to get paid right? 45minute hassle was not what we bagained for after driving all day. Otherwise, stay was everything we expect from a BW stay. Enjoyed the upgrade on breakfast sausage.

The room and public areas were very clean. The reception clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Easy access to gas stations, restaurants, and shopping. Wi-fi worked great!
