Having had a positive stay with the Sarovar group in Ajmer, I chose this property specifically for a work trip expecting a similar standard. While the hotel itself is decent, it falls short of being a reliable "business hotel." The two biggest letdowns were the Wi-Fi—which was patchy and inadequate for professional tasks—and the mediocre food. Additionally, the front desk experience lacked warmth; the receptionist was rather unwelcoming at check-in. On the logistics front, the parking is located at the back and left open to the road, which felt poorly secured. Overall, it is an average stay, but definitely not suitable if high-speed internet and quality dining are essential for your visit.
