Our stay was amazing, we were staying with our dog and were upgraded to a room with a balcony and received dog friendly amenities like a pet bowl and dog bed. We also received a complimentry welcome gift for our anniversary. Room and bathroom were clean with all required necessities for your stay, and you have a TV that can easily chromecast and allow seamless checkout. I would have provided 5 stars if not for the encounter we had prior to us leaving the hotel. We decided to step out to the well nearby before leaving to get food and on the way back to the hotel since it was hot our dog was panting. My husband decided to ask front concierge if we could get a waterbottle before heading to our car, and the girl working the front gave a puzzled look almost with some attitude and goes "water bottles? no we absolutely dont sell water bottles, do you want me to direct you to a dollarama?" This rubbed me the wrong way as normally - concierge should politely be able to check for you surely for water. Not sure if she thought we weren't staying there and just randomly walked in for a water bottle. Thankfully, the male concierge working with her was able to say "let me check for you in the kitchen" and came out with a water bottle for us. Apart from this incident, the staff were very kind to us during our stay.

The rooms are beautifully designed. The service is impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Cool vibe. Modern decor. We enjoyed the lobby bar. We tried to get in to the roof top bar after dinner but it was rammed.

Staff was not accommodating at all. Rooms are nice and clean.

Hotel staff was exceptional providing both courtesy and assistance whenever possible. The rooms are clean, modern comfortable and stylish. The bed was literally one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept on. Bars and restaurants on premises were great as well.

1 Hotel Toronto is a beautiful, calming escape in the middle of the city. The nature‑inspired design, spotless rooms, and incredibly comfortable beds made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food at 1 Kitchen was fresh and delicious, and Harriet’s Rooftop offered great cocktails with stunning views. The location is perfect for exploring King West on foot. A fantastic stay from start to finish—highly recommend.

Attentive staff make a night and day difference for anybody's experience. From the moment I stopped the car the valet out front, I was greeted by multiple staff members who helped valet my car, carry my luggage, and facilitate my check-in and access to my room. Thanks to all the staff at 1 Hotel for making this experience outstanding, one that definitely convinced me of coming back as soon as I can!
