Friendly staff, kids love the activities at the hotel

Favorite Hotel, best of the years, I think almost every 2 weeks I stay at this hotel!

I'm a subscriber, but unfortunately I often don't get a room on weekends.

it’s a pleasant stay at Grand Mercure Setiabudi. I stayed for 2D/2N for business trip and did not use the amenities in the hotel. The travel time to city centre takes a while but is still fine. Room service is available round the clock, I ordered dinner at 7 pm, and came 15-20 mins after (fast delivery).

So far, I'm satisfied with my stay here. While the location is quite far from Bandung city, the hotel's quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle, makes up for it all. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the lobby smells great. Keep up the good work!

The best hotel of my experience as Traveloka user. I ordered superior room with balcony and the hotel upgraded me to deluxe room with balcony, with mountain view. The room was very comfort with a large king bed, sofa and smart TV, which allowed me to continue watching my serial movie on Netflix. The bathroom was clean and well maintenanced. They have large pools with warm water, complete equipped fitness center, playground and other sport facilities. The breakfast was great with many choice of meals. Also, the staffs was so friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I just stayed here for 1 night, it was not enough. Please all, you have to stay here for at least for 2 nights.

All perfect except when a staff member on the other end of the phone seems handing out the phone call to other colleague without proper notice. It happened when my wife asking series of questions regarding the food for our toddler. Got the impression if the staff doesn’t like us questioning too much. So rude.

The great thing about staying at the Grand Mercure Bandung is that all the amenities are complete and comfortable, making you feel at home. From the rooms, the heated swimming pool, and the delicious food at the restaurant, I especially love the pastries. I've spent several holidays in Bandung, and my extended family has always enjoyed it. I've never stayed anywhere else, always staying at the Grand Mercure.

The hotel is nice. There are many facilities for children. It's great. The swimming pool is heated. The breakfast menu is also extensive and delicious.

There is too much chlorine in the pool water, which makes your eyes sting and your nose hurt.

The staff is friendly and nice, suitable for families.

from the front desk to security even the parking staff are very helpful. This is my 3rd time, staying at this hotel. And i'll be back for sure! But maybe u can improve the breakfast?

My 3D/2N stay experience. Experience: 1. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly, although we had to wait a few minutes because there was only one counter. 2. Room: Very clean, fragrant, and comfortable. Everything worked well. I would recommend updating the TVs in all room types. These days, most rooms have at least YouTube and Netflix (especially for those with children). 3. Facilities: Very comprehensive, with a kids' club, fitness center, heated swimming pool, etc. 4. Breakfast menu: Quite varied and tasty. Perhaps because I stayed on a weekday, I felt there wasn't much choice. Special thanks to the staff who prepared a birthday gift for my wife, a mirror art, a towel bed, and a slice of cake. May you always be blessed and continue to provide excellent service.

The area is spacious and child-friendly, with lots of photo and play spots for children, making staycations fun.

The staff was very friendly, good place to staycation with family.
