Excellent location, right in front of the beach and on the strip where tons of stores and restaurants are located. The pool is a big hit for this hotel, my kid loved it. The breakfast buffet is very decent, definitely worth including in your hotel package.

Le service et la nourriture étaient excellents. Par contre, La première nuit, la climatisation dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a eu de la musique très forte jusqu’à 23h30 le samedi et le lundi. Le lundi matin, l’immeuble adjacent est en construction et donc on s’est fait réveiller à 8h par des coups frappés très fort dans le mur de notre lit, on avait la dernière chambre au bout, donc le mur mitoyen avec l,immeuble en rénovation… alors notre sommeil a été très dérangé pendant notre séjour…

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right on Praia da Rocha beach, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic and easy access to the vibrant beachfront promenade. It’s the perfect base for exploring Portimão and the wider Algarve region. Our room was immaculately clean, modern, and stylishly decorated, with a spacious balcony and comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which was varied and delicious, featuring everything from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order eggs. The outdoor pool area was well-maintained and never too crowded, and the hotel spa offered a fantastic range of treatments – perfect for a bit of pampering. There was even live music in the evenings, adding a lovely ambiance to our nights. What really set Jupiter Algarve apart was the attentiveness of the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation, a romantic getaway, or a stylish base to explore the Algarve, Jupiter Algarve Hotel is an outstanding choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Portugal.

I loved my stay here… The front desk staff were incredibly helpful… Everyone was so kind an accommodating. When I booked a third night after deciding it was just too wonderful to leave after two nights… Your staff made sure there was a flawless transition and I didn’t have to move rooms… It was very helpful and appreciated. They also gave me great recommendations for dinners… there was one gentleman at the desk who was especially helpful. I can’t recall his name specifically, but he was the one who made all the transitions so smooth for my additional booking. … And insured my parking validation would continue without any disruption. Underground parking was also a very grateful addition to ensure minimal stress related to parking! I’ll be back for sure - the proximity of the beach was incredible… and though I didn’t get a chance to take in your Spa, I love that you could do the spa circuit for a very minimal fee. The nightly music always seem popular with the guest as I was passing through… Created a good energy in the space. Thanks again for making my trip very memorable.

Lovely hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. I stayed there with my son for a week and it was great. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Location was very good, being close to the beach and many restaurants and shops within an easy walk.

We have travelled a lot, but this hotel is outstanding for customer service. Every single member of staff is friendly, professional and appears to actually care about you. We arrived to the Jupiter Algarve with what we thought, was a confirmed reservation. However, the booking agency, never forwarded our reservation. The shock of this revelation was daunting as we could see the hotel was busy - 98% occupancy. Pedro at reception was calm, reassured us and advised us to have a drink while he sorted things. Next Clara, guest relations manager, and a truly wonderful person advised us that a room was available, unfortunately not the suite we booked, but a room for our 11 day holiday and a generous package. The kindness of these people when we were in shock cannot be overstated. Our room was great, with a nice view. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was brilliant. Such a huge choice. Dinner, too was excellent and the themed nights were superb. Again a huge choice and a fish and seafood lovers dream. As a non fish eater, there was plenty of choice for me. Also vegetarian options. This hotel is very well situated in Praia da Rocha, near everything, beach, restaurants and nightlife nearby. But it is the staff who make this hotel. Thank you, Clara, for a wonderful holiday

Nice location for walkable restaurants andbtonthe beach

The staff were very attentive. We spent more than a week here as we cycled. Parking of vehicle and bikes were easy and reasonable. The access to beach is across the walkway. Amazing beach. Huge beach. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Would stay here again. Convenient to beach. Very comfortable beds.

The Jupiter Hotel, Algarve was the most spectacular property that we have experienced for a very long time. The view from Room 801 was out of this world, the food was terrific but in particular the staff was the very, very exceptional. From the front desk staff, Parking Manager, restaurant staff, and room managers were spectacular. Meeting the General Manager and a young female team member in the elevator was the reason this property is special. Great leadership produces excellence! The Jupiter ensured our visit to Portugal was so special! Thank you for everything and we will certainly recommend the Jupiter to everyone we meet! Thank you from Canada 🇨🇦

Modern and clean hotel, we booked a junior suite which was so spacious and gorgeous! Food options for breakfast were great, bar food lovely. Heated pool with cover so could be used in bad weather. Great location near beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The location and views are great. Breakfast and the occasional buffet was fresh and good. Minor comments being picky would be the heated pool could be warmer and also the hydrotherapy pool was cold.
