Everything about this hotel was perfect, however the service from the staff stood out In particular. Probably the best, Every hotel could learn from La Maison Arabe.

If I tell you how lovely it was, I'm worried it will lose its charm. Ultra-friendly and helpful staff always on hand without being intrusive. We had a beautiful room with private roof terrace, worth the extra money. The signature hammam experience was wonderful, especially the scrub and the massage - good choice of local oils. We also participated in the three hour cookery school and loved the joy and enthusiasm of the presenter and cook. Probably wouldn't recommend for small children as parents might feel a bit embarrassed if kids were noisy.

Excellent over the top kind service. Help for purchasing bus tickets, getting taxis and cooking class was amazing. Best place to stay in Marrakech!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The personal attention by staff was exemplary and the amenities were formidable.

The standard room that I get was no according to price -quality. Mr Mustafa did not honor my Expedia gold member whatsoever! I found at the last day that they offer cooking class no one told us! After spending more than $2000 usd ok this type of property I did not feel comfortable the room was not clean they did not invest in shower glass door every time you take a shower there was water all over the bathroom! The room small like humid I will not return and I left very disappointed! I would not recommend it and I will not go back !

Had a suite on the top floor. Room was excellent and the service was top notch!! There were a lot of stairs (36 to our room), so look for another room if need be. Food was very good too. The location was perfect. In the riad by about 1 block, so getting luggage in from the taxi was easy. Close to all the major attractions.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the garden. Staff very helpful and everything very clean. Check in was super and they got us to the restaurant straight away before closure as our plane was delayed. Would book again!

My room was beautifully designed, blending authentic Moroccan style with modern comfort, making it the perfect retreat after exploring the city. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. The spa experience was equally incredible, offering a perfect way to unwind with a traditional hammam. Overall, La Maison Arabe exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re looking for luxury, culture, or relaxation, this place has it all.

The staff was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. They were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The country club is a decent drive away (about 20 mins) if you want to enjoy a nice day by the pool but was worth the travel.

Beautiful riad.

The hotel is 3 or 4 houses/Riads joined together creating a meandering and sometimes confusing maze of rooms and corridors, but equally leaving secluded areas to discover and then sit and relax in. There is not that much accessible roof space unless you are lucky enough to have a private roof deck as part of your room

Excellent location, attention and beautiful place

This is a beautiful property with excellent hospitality designed for traveling families. The building and decor take you back to another time and place, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

Fabulously decorated and comfortable hotel (riad) in a great neighborhood. Close to everything. The spa treatment was one of the best ever experienced. The cooking class is a must-do. Breakfast by the pool each morning was delicious and delightful. Highly recommend!

La Maison Arabe is one of my favorite places in the world. I’ve been there several times alone and with family. It’s one of the best experiences ever!

Great courteous staff! We value services and courtesy much more than the building and looks. This place was a delight. They have jazz room, dining by the pool with live music and is on walking distance from many great restaurants like cabana, Safran and so on. They made sure to walk us to our taxi and get one for us. We highly recommend this hotel not only due to convenience but also due to great staff.
