castors on Bed in Unit 21 not locked. Moved all the time, Shower screen needs help. Thank you for your assistance but... the procedures to access gates, and after hours not conducive to us oldies with no tech knowledge

Pools abit cold but overall lovely staff and clean park. Will definitely be back..

Great position for accessing Rockhampton. Office closing at 5 pm was a bit early when arriving late in afternoon and needing assistance.

Very nice , will be staying there again. Good price too!

The whole family loved the location and being able to access multiple areas for swimming and playing as well as the convenience of the location for us to access the venue as well as shopping and food.

We stayed the night in a cabin which was terrific. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The waterpark looks amazing for families with children. We are very pleased to recommend staying here.

The stay was good but could have had a lounge chair i stead of a bed

They upgraded me to a bigger cabin it was great. Only concern I would have is it was a wheelchair cabin so this didn’t bother me but if someone was in a wheelchair it would be hard to reach where the spare toilet paper is. For our stay personally it didn’t bother us I’m thinking of the people in a wheelchair. Was great all round service. But the couch could do with an upholstery clean.

Basic unit but very convenient for our purpose, need some work on Tap valves.
