Good location for shopping, food, massage, etc.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. Next time I visit Batam, I'll definitely stay here again; it's close to malls and coffee shops.

Everytime I'm in Batam, I stayed at BCH. Only recently seem the rooms get booked well in advance.

Further improve, and always update all supporting hotel facilities and infrastructure.

I love the surroundings because [it's] ] accessible to nearby market, coffee shops, and massage services. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms need some upgrading and improvement, like toilet showering facilities. The television needs to be replaced.

I requested 1 bed with balcony. I was given a twin bed with no balcony. The receptionist was curt and always interrupted the guest's conversation.

I would not stay in yhis hotel again, Corridors are used as as their store rooms like a dirty warehouse. The deco is tired. Carpet is absolutely filthy. Staff was arrogant and ignorant. Food was not very nice apart from papaya. Nothing is worth remembering.

Always order rooms from Treveloka which are executive rooms, but are always given something like a normal room which is cramped and the breakfast doesn't taste good.

one of the best choices in Batam for business trips, location, bfast, cleanliness, comfortable, dear room 306 has a pillar & wall view, the others are very good, over all, ok.

Unfortunately, we got room number 306 and the bed was a bit flat. So it's a bit strange with the view blocked by a wall. But the rooms are clean. Small shower. Tips for choosing odd room numbers. Overall it's okay

You should choose the odd double room because it faces the front. Recommended. Clean rooms. Breakfast varied. Narrow shower. City center location.
