An absolutely solid place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful in central London. Bit shabby in areas but otherwise great.

Very dated hotel. Mold in the showers. Noisy rooms. We found a bug in the bed and staff told us it was nothing to worry about. Uncomfortable beds.

This location was excellent, just about a block from the train station. The room was small but it had everything we needed (or at least what you expect for a EU location). Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Including a grocery store, bars, restaurants, ATM machine and nightlife. There is a front desk here and the staff were friendly.

We loved our stay here. The staff was super helpful, they offered to hold our bags until check in (we had flown in early that morning and didn't want to lug our suitcases around town). The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, coffee, public transportation, and grocery stores. Beds super comfy, washing machine was nice to have, small kitchen allowed us to store and reheat leftovers. Would definitely stay again!

Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Didnt hear much from the side road below my window or from any other guests. Very powerful shower. Very handy having the kitchen area and fridge.

Central to lots of restaurants, buses, and the train station. It was easy to navigate into central london. The rooms are small but they have ac which is a big plus in this city! Staff let us keep our bags while we waited to check in.

At this price point it's obviously not a palace, but it's superbly located for transport, the room was spotless and as it had a kitchen/fridge etc. plus a table and sofa. it felt more like a studio flat than a hotel room. In fact, I've lived in studio flats in London smaller than my room was! Staff were really friendly and helpful too. Very happy with my stay.

After staying here, I now love the East End of London. This hotel is really well-located with a bus stop, many grocery stores nearby and walking distance to many attractions, like Museum of the Home and Brick Lane & Spitalfields Markets. I was upgraded to a triple room and it was basically my apartment in London. I was very comfortable and extended my stay. The kitchen has all the essentials: a combined toaster over/stovetop which did the job; good size fridge; microwave dishes & cutlery; kettle, coffee & tea; plus, the real bonus, a washing machine and airing rack! (Note: I did have to buy my own washing detergent.) There was a dining table, which I used as my office, a sofa, air-conditioning and a radiator, iron & board and a safe. The cleaners were amazing and really thorough, even doing the dishes. The TV had all the channels plus cable. The washroom was adequate and the shower hot. I will happily return and stay here when next in London.

Staff wasn't helpful with my luggage. Room was dirty with leftover trash from the previous guest. Bathroom made a loud sound every time the faucet was turned on. Bed was too soft and creaky. Overall really terrible experience and would NOT recommend.

Staff really friendly throughout our stay. Whole building and room was clean and tidy. A few areas could do with a freshen up, paintwork etc but did not impact our stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and decent pillows. Hot shower with good power. Great location for tube and overground services and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Cannot fault anything and would absolutely recommend and stay again.

God access to bus routes. Room was more like a flat than hotel room. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a room overlooking the main road which was noisy at night so try to get a room at the back of the hotel.

Good area But the maintenance is so poor
