Employees treat guests like family and with respect and are very attentive.

After 6 years of going there. I always get flight and hotel as a package and my gf stays with me. A room for 2, but now they charge her extra guest fee. Wifi was mostly rebooting. I don’t have a local mobile, so wifi was important. Had to sit in the lobby for something stable. Breakfast use to be really good. Is slowly going down to just basics. Was the first time I was really unhappy there.

It was a pleasant stay, its a good location and staff was very attentive and polite.

I stayed with my family for 8 days in this property. Pros Service was impeccable. The pool was fantastic The A/C delivered the requested temperature. It is in front of a nice mall where you can get anything you need and the food court has very good choices. Points to improve Elevators. During our stay they were maintaining the elevators so moving up and down was a real challenge. Restaurant food was mostly good but quality was not consistent. For some reason the water on the shower does not drain quickly enough so you have to be careful to avoid water going out of the shower.

The internet was poor, kept on dropping out. The room keys needed to be re-issued nearly every day as they would not work when going up in the lift. Clean, near new hotel but lots of room for improvement.

Great experiencie. Room service was excelente and my partner received a birthday cake because his birthday was during tour stay.

This property is near everything Yopal downtown offers. Shopping, restaurants are nearby. Area is walkable even at night. Of course this is Colombia and one should be cautious.
