Great location, 15-20mins from main centre so it's a little quieter and only bus links unless you walk to the train station for tram links. Generally clean and tidy, deep clean needs to be better as there was clearly old dust on the extension lead near the bed and the bathroom extractor didn't appear to work. Only comfort complaints are that more than one pillow each would've been better. Overall worth a stay, very smooth contactless check in and check out.

We had a great time, wonderful location. The only issue with had was noise, not traffic noise but people in the hallways or alley through out the night and early morning. - if you are a light sleeper, this will will be an issue.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The place looked much better in the pictures than in reality. Upon arrival, I found spider webs and even a spider inside, which made the apartment feel dirty and neglected. When I reported it, the response was dismissive and unhelpful — I was told their cleaning team wasn’t available and that the issue couldn’t be resolved. That’s unacceptable for any guest paying to stay in a supposedly well-maintained place. Would not recommend.

Location was very good but the accommodation wasn't ready when we were supposed to check in at 3pm. I thought this was very late to have a check in but when we did check in the room wasn't ready. This was a disgrace so very unhappy. Also the smell of smoke wasn't that appealing

Great property and the Air conditioning was a welcome addition as it was 30 degrees Celsius outside when we went! Would come again.

We were asked to choose a specific room. We were charged for that room. When we got there, that room was not available to us. They made no attempt to secure that room for us and said they just chose one for us. Well- then you should not have asked us to specifically choose a room from the stock. Also the bathroom floor was a mess, there’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom.

The property was hot, dirty, smelly and the air conditioner did not work properly. The bed upstairs in the apartment was unbearably hot because the air conditioner was horrible. It was a moderate temperature in Amsterdam and I could still not stay there comfortably. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Great location for getting around Amsterdam - good comms from Numa who were on hand to help when needed - flat was okay and had all that we needed - I wouldn’t recommend that you rely on the tiny kitchen area for cooking and when using the job there is no window that opens so the fire alarms go off. The shower also runs out of the bathroom door so make sure you use towels to stop that. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in and a great place to stop over for a weekend if you don’t want a hotel.

Steep stairs, bathroom shower leaked out to the door, floor not slanted for drainage. Linen limited to 2 people, same as all kitchen dinnerware. Housekeeping staff very nice but no routine service.

Lovely room just like the photo, not far walk from all the tourist locations and central train station.

Other people with access left the back door open, which made the hallway quite cold and brought a cigarette smell into the room.

Hotel is amazing for location, and I would recommend this to friends, the only negatives were that the properties are not soundproofed at all, we could hear absolutely everything from the room above us. The safe also malfunctioned when we tried to get out passports out and we had to wait for an engineer who came (very swiftly) to get into the safe. Other than that, room was very clean and warm, and we had a comfortable stay. The remote for the TV doesn't work but we didn't mind too much.

We have had a terrible experience at this property. The property is done by a key card system on your phone and their system is connected via WIFI, this system failed on our first night. We were stuck outside the property unable to get in until 5am in the morning. The customer service given by the emergency number was abysmal as we got hung up on more then once. We were eventually placed in alternative accommodation for a few hours and then had to phone in the morning to find out it was fixed. This has totally ruined our stay as we made sure we were back in the property within good time for the other nights as we didn’t want to get locked out again. We’re now struggling to get a refund for one night we weren’t able to stay in the property for. Totally unacceptable, would not recommend, book elsewhere.

Overall, our accommodation was good. The amenities in the apartment serviced our needs adequately and it's only 15-20mins walk from the central train station. The electronic keys were a handy feature. The bed was comfortable and the heating was good. The main drawback was the shower, which leaked a lot, but the water pressure was good. Also, there was no place to hang towels to dry. The complimentary tea and coffee was a welcome find when we arrived, along with the Smart TV. The WiFi worked very well.

We had an excellent time in Amsterdam. The property is big and perfect for a family of four adults. Well stocked with equipment. Very comfortable. Very much within walking distance of everything you might want to see. Communication was excellent before, during and after. Felt very safe and secure. Highly recommended.

Nice friendly staff. First time using remote checkin on the phone and worked smoothly. Big clean room especially compared to other Amsterdam accommodation at a similar price.

Quite a large space, comfortable for 3 adults and suitcases. Equipped kitchen with stove top and microwave plus coffee machine and kettle. The stairs to the loft are quite steep, just be wary for mobility concerns (we didn’t take suitcases up). Staff very helpful via message, quick replies before and post stay. Would be great to have a lamp in the living area as the guest on the sofa bed only had main light (with light switch at entrance door). No vent or fan in bathroom so there was mould on ceiling and between tiles. I assume this is why there are also no hooks/towel rails in the bathroom which was very strange and inconvenient.
