No windows and very limited dining in the area

The Staff was very helpful and nice. They made my stay enjoyable. I felt it was a little expensive for the quality and location of the hotel. (It was high season, and difficult to find reasonably priced accommodation anywhere)

Our ground floor room was cold and damp as if it hadn’t been used in weeks. The noise from the street made it impossible to get to sleep. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Calling this a Hotel is stretching the point, in our opinion it was more like a hostel. On street parking was pretty much impossible and whilst the hotel parking was reasonably priced but the access wasn’t easy as the damage and paint on the walls was a testament to this.

Not many eating areas in Ermua. The hotel did not have a kitchen, so we went out to a pub that had been recommended by the hotel receptionist.

This isn't a regular hotel its more like a bar with rooms. The check in is in the bar but has no food service. for breakfast you go the the bar and order it there. The room was a good size clean and comfy with a nice large shower. For food I went to the mini market across the road otherwise its a hike. There is underground parking, the price of which had apparently gone up to 12 Euros as I arrived. The morning receptionist knows not one word of English and didn't seem interested in using a translation app.

The hotel is conveniently located, but its on a main drag. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room not facing the street. There is no air conditioning and when the window is open it is VERY noisy. Free parking located not far away from the hotel. Very easy access to freeway to get around Basque country.

It was very comfortable and the staff spoke English so well, which was a nice benefit.

One night stay, in the main street of Ermua. Thought it was closer to freeway entrance. Good sized room, good facilities. Helpful friendly staff. Very noisy reception/lounge area at early evening checkin ( but quite once in our room on the same floor). Secure underground car parking available at a cost. We had a Renault Clio - a small car & found entrance & parking very tight. There is free parking a couple of blocks from the hotel. Not many dinner options close by.

Great hotel and best value, used only as a stopover on cycling route. But would go back if passing.

Great especially for the price. I know a lot of people like to book hotels that have a bar. And a lot of hotels list themselves as having a "bar" but really it just means there's alcohol for sale in the lobby. Well this place has a real bar. You can tell it's good because there's a never ending stream of locals coming in and out. And the noise doesn't reach the sleeping rooms. The only thing I didn't like was the window didn't open for fresh air but I noticed the rooms on the other side had open windows so it's just a matter of requesting it. Also wanted to point out the staff was extremely friendly and caring. They're also very competent because there's quite a few extra responsibilities with running a hotel reception and bar at the same time

We stayed for one night on our way through from Spain to France and it suited us perfectly. It ticked all our boxes, secure parking (arranged in advance). The parking bays come in different sizes, so we asked for a large space for our large car. Pets are welcome. The room was clean, a good size, very Quiet, with a 5ft bed. The reception guys were very helpful and spoke good English

This was our second stay in Hotel Villa Ermua. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. It's nice to have a comfy hotel to stay in when we are visiting family. The hotel is in walking distance to family and the train and bus stations are also within walking distance. We look forward to our next stay in Ermua, Spain, at Hotel Villa Ermua!
