Our room needed major dusting and shower area was not thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Not too happy with the sanitation. Personnel was friendly and accommodating, they were polite and respectful.

When we arrived we were told the elevator was not in service and that the pool was closed because of failing inspections. We were about to cancel but they gave us a better room and said that we could use the pool. Another this was the first morning there was bacon for breakfast, I asked the man in charge of preparing the breakfast for more bacon and he said that there was no more. Three minutes later he gave me a bit he had saved for himself, he never Cooke any more bacon for the 6 days we were there ,

The staff was great and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was not available. I was told they ran out of food with an hour and a half remaining for the said breakfast time.

I arrived at night and there were no cars parked in front but a couple of work-type trucks parked on the side. It looked rundown and abandoned, which is why I used sketchy to describe it. Changed rooms twice on first night. First room had old napkins & a piece of bread on the foundation between the mattress & headboard and crumbs on the lamp. Second room only had working lights in the bathroom. Third room didn’t have a battery cover on the tv remote & batteries were corroded. I didn't feel like changing again so I put some plastic around the remote. The front staff was extremely courteous, pleasant & accommodating. After the first night, my family insisted I find somewhere else to stay. I checked out late the next day but was not given a refund for the remaining night due to confusion & lack of documentation between day and night staff when Expedia called the next day to confirm I had indeed checked out early. When I followed up with Comfort Inn, the night clerk said she hadn't added thorough notes in the system regarding my checking out but had called to straighten everything out when she realized what happened. Despite the confusion over my checkout, the staff was really the only good thing about the hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The room had a bad ordor everytime i would return. I found bugs on the floor. The sounds of planes and fighter jets constantly taking off did not help. I understand you get what you pay for but it wasnt worth $81/night.

The bed was so hard couldn't sleep .. checked out after 1st night, so had to pay for 2 nights!!

The hotel was very rundown. The mirror in the bathroom is chipped. There are hard water stains on the faucets. It looks like what is mold in the shower on the grout. The curtains had holes in them. The furniture was all banged up. It just looked really rundown and dingy. I walked into the bathroom and on the sink, it looked like there was a dried blob of toothpaste on the counter. Then somebody had recently used the toilet and left skidmarks recently-one flush and it went away. the linens looked and felt relatively clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable.
