This hotel is a place to rest the night waiting for your next flight, nothing else. The hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle every 30 min or so. The commute to the airport is about 12min, even with traffic. The rooms are ok, not large, not small, just a regular expected size. The TV is not old but it is already behind the standard of smart TVs. The internet use this annoyed infra where you must register a code after connected to the wifi. This made it unnecessarily harder to connect. However, the internet was good. The breakfast was great as it was complementary, breath, some eggs, cereals, chilaquiles, fruits, yogurts, coffee. Special Thanks to Trini for being such an amazing waitress. Back to review the rooms: the room also could do with a better AC, their ACs are an old large noisy cubes belonging to the window. Surely most of the people can sleep with a noisy background, but a mini-split would be more quiet. The bathrooms were ok, but they used bottles to keep the shampoo and body soap. I know they wanna save on those complementary, but they must be careful that the bottles are in good shape, in my case, after 2 rooms, one room has one, of the four bottles, "working but broken". Would I choose the same hotel... maybe, but there are many other hotels with similar prices around with similar offers. So, no loyalty so far for me.

Weren’t informed that some of the amenities were malfunctioning. I really thought holiday inn was a hotel brand that has high expectations but this experience is was inconvenient.

We were very pleased with the room comfortable beds nice view and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious. We mostly rested as it rained most of our stay.

Shower was not very clean, grout was dark and dingy. Beds were comfortable. Not on par with Holiday Inn quality in the US.

Decent hotel, especially close proximity to the airport

I appreciate that the hotel offer coffee and tea, 24hours as well as complimentary breakfast. The hotel as per usual, is very clean, beds very comfortable. It’s the only hotel while in Mexico that I was able to sleep uninterrupted. Love Holiday Inn Express. Oh and the shuttle to the airport was the icing on th me cake.

Excellent hotel close to Airport and great shuttle service.

Close to a Deny's and Chili's. Room smelled like smoke, was told by front desk that there were fires nearby. Other than that great place to stay before our flight the next morning.
