The room was so dusty that they had to re-clean it, even though check-in was at 11:00 PM. The AC was so hot that they had to call a technician. It was unbelievable, I wanted to rest straight away, but it turned out I had to clean it first and fix the AC :(. It was very uncomfortable, even though it was a 4-star hotel.

Because this is more of an apartment, the atmosphere isn't as comfortable, but if kept clean, it can be comfortable. The air in the room isn't clean enough, or air fresheners aren't used to make it comfortable.

The hotel itself is nice, spacious, and big for that price. It has two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Hot and cold water. However, it's a shame the cleanliness is so poor, it seems neglected. The sheets and pillowcases are also very dirty. I slept covered in towels and my son's swaddling clothes. There were dead cockroaches.
