The room is spacious even though it is a bit old-fashioned, close to the market, clean, the staff is very friendly.

The staff was very helpful, but I left my phone charger there in room 1622.

It was pretty clean, but the blanket was really itchy, and I don't know if it wasn't replaced or what. Overall, it was good, and clean, even for the price of around 300.

My experience staying at the Suites Hotel was very pleasant, the place was clean and comfortable to take a break and relieve fatigue.

Every time I visit Semarang, I always stay here. Check-in and check-out are fast. There's a Rp 150,000 deposit upon check-in. Parking is free. The rooms are spacious. The food is delicious, but it's a shame the breakfast doesn't include meat or chicken. Overall, it's worth it.

The rooms are quite spacious, but some things like the refrigerator and electric kettle are a bit under-maintained. Overall, though, they're quite good.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in.

The room was okay for the price and amenities. However, cleanliness could be improved. Upon initial check-in, the bathroom smelled sour, like very bad body odor, and the toilet still smelled of urine. The toilet lid was also damaged. The bed sheets and pillows were yellowing. The table had lipstick marks on it, and an eyelash was still stuck to the nightstand. Thankfully, it was only one night :(

I've stayed at MG Suites several times, but unfortunately, this time I got a room that wasn't up to par. There was only one bathroom, and it was small. Usually, I get rooms with two bathrooms (only one has a shower, the other is just a closet). Hopefully, in the future, I can get a room like that.

Upon arrival, I only received one towel. I asked for it from noon until evening, but it wasn't delivered. I asked for another one the next morning, and it was delivered.

This was my first time staying in a hotel, but the room was incredibly spacious, like an apartment. The nightly rate was also affordable. A few suggestions: repaint the walls and refinish the floors to make them look cleaner. The hotel may be old, so there are some peeling paint spots and dirty floors, but so far, the bed, kitchen, and living room are still comfortable.

Everything was fine, except the bedding was starting to age, as was the shower/bathroom heater. Thank you.
