Friendly hotel staff, child-friendly facilities

The hotel is very spacious, perfect for a staycation, with mountain views, very clean, friendly staff, ample parking, and a strong vintage feel.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at eL Hotel, it is comfortable and beautiful even though it is an old hotel, but the atmosphere is comfortable and looks exotic because it is an old hotel, but it is very good for a staycation.

I've tried all the rooms except the cottages. In short, they didn't disappoint; they were very comfortable.

Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel, it is comfortable, peaceful, and has complete facilities for families, especially children.

The staff are friendly, the rooms aren't 4star quality due to cleanliness, the mini fridge anf the hair dryer is missing from the room.

For a stay with a great view and a very strategic location, it's definitely worth it, especially if you're bringing kids. There's a very clean swimming pool, a playground, and very friendly staff. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is standard, but the menu is very extensive.

There is a children's playground, pool, and slide for children.

The room area is a bit less clean.

It was really enjoyable staying here, the environment was clean and beautiful, the morning was very refreshing, the green view was good, the service was friendly, and I was satisfied. God willing, if I go to Batu, I will definitely stay here😇

There is a tennis court, jogging track, quite complete breakfast, but the fruit is only papaya and watermelon minus: small shower water and no hot water in the sink

Overall everything is okay but there is 1 important thing that needs attention. I arrived at the hotel when the weather was rainy so I rushed into the room which was being cleaned at that time. We were invited to sit in the waiting room which had a sofa and a collection of books. This hotel offers a unique experience by providing books, even in the lobby there is a library too. An important thing that needs attention is that the water was turned off when I was in the bathroom in the morning, I think this was a bit fatal even though it was finally followed up after calling the receptionist (of course I had to wait a while until the water flowed smoothly again). The food is quite varied and the staff is friendly. We who at that time drove leisurely to the hotel using a motorbike were still greeted as guests who stayed at the hotel using a car. Other facilities are also interesting such as tennis/basketball courts, lawns, swimming pools, electric bike rentals. The garden is very well maintained and beautiful.
