Clean comfortable rooms at a decent price. Close to restaurants and the interstate.

It was great as always

For the price and location, this is an excellent value. The breakfast was great, the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

It was a good stay. Only thing is the early check in wasn’t available and would have been nice.

Where do we start? The disgruntled staff complaining about staffing? A total of 3 different employee conversations overheard. The walls that have no insulation or sound barrier? The ill fitting doors so light permeates the parameter of the door? The TV that has no channels? The Grungy worn-out carpet? The smell in the room? Let’s get into details. As we went into the breakfast area to get coffee, the coffee was empty. As my husband asked for help, he was told there was an animal control issue that took precedence. The gal was more concerned about the dog, not the people that were promised a great breakfast or coffee. This held up many of us that were trying to continue our road trip. Her reply was “well, I can push a button.” Unacceptable. Check in wasn’t that great either. The male that checked us in, seemed uncaring and basically just putting in his time. As he explained the property, he became more engaged and seemed like he gave at least half a shiz. It is challenging trying to determine who is an employee or not, as there is not any professional identification worn with name tags, etc. Our room smelled like a wet dog and was so tiny, I am wondering if if booking through Expedia gave us the room nobody wants or are they all this bad? Allowing dogs in your establishment is fine. Not cleaning up after them is disgusting. We paid a lot for this room. It wasn’t worth it. Best part was the lounge where buying a drink helped us through this stay

Bathroom was still dirty and the room had a weird smell.

Front desk was super friendly and helpful.

I liked how they were able to get my family & I checked in a little sooner than 4. Need more breakfast options, very small breakfast buffet. The comforter we had was dirty. I dont know if it was stained, but they looked like they needed to be washed again. Room didnt really smell clean unop entering the room. The floors are so outdated and gross. Staff was friendly and were willing to help out with anything we needed.

The staff went over and above for helping our son with a problem with his reservation

Old rooms. Plugged sink. Half bottle of lotion. Small pillows noisy

QUIET

Property wheather on 1st floor or 2nd floor required set of stairs. That was very very BAD!!!!

I liked the Aura Lounge. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby

Frindly staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool and spa.

Very comfortable stay. Shared a room with my daughter and three grandchildren. The pullout sofa/ bed was perfect.

Dog barking on the floor below us, ALL NIGHT. Staff offered that our family move rooms (which would mean waking our children out of bed). Plastic covering on the building next door, also flapped all night long, sounding like thunder or a loud bang. Awful.

Stains on floor, AC heater loud and rattling, rod for shower had been pulled on and was barely hanging. Older property. Staff was nice but would not give me receipt.
