Clean room, helpful staff

I have stayed here many times and it will continue to be my first choice for stays in Aberdeen. As always, the staff are friendly and helpful, my room is ready and clean and well equipped, parking is easy and the leisure facilities are splendid. A few lengths of the pool helps to stretch off a long day of travelling. On this trip I enjoyed a delicious salmon dish for my dinner when I arrived, perfectly cooked. At breakfast the next morning I asked Joshua if it would be okay to take a mug up to my room, as the coffe cups provided are a little small for a devoted tea swigger like me. Joshua didn't just make me feel comfortable about making this request, but later brought me a mug to borrow. I found out later in my stay that he had been working solo that morning too, but that did not show in his interactions at all. I observed Erin showing the same standards of above and beyond levels of customer service the next morning too. I hope they both feel valued for the difference they make to people's stay. One very small suggestion- decaff options for in room beverages, pretty please? And a mug 😆

Freezing cold room, seriously cold draft from window. Toilet keeps running after flushing and to cap it off loud music from gym woke us at 6am. Absolutely ridiculous

Room is clean just a little disappointed with bed very noisy and creeks not sure if springs was gone or what. Breakfast was good. The only disappointment was being woken up at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning with cleaners banging doors and cleaning away. I know it’s their job but just thought on a Sunday when folk are trying to sleep a little consideration could go a long way.

Hotel staff provided first class service and i would recommend any my family or friends to visit hotel village

Very courteous staff. Very tidy and comfy. Nice atmosphere. Bar area good. Felt more like a pub than a hotel bar ! Have eaten at restaurant before and food vg.

This was our second stay at Village hotel and it was just as nice as the last time. Comfy beds, great staff and facilities. We will stay there again when we visit Aberdeen.

Disappointing stay. Desk couldnt find booking. Pool was too cold. App for booking food had issues. Dinner took hour and half to come. Deals advertised not available. Breakfast closed at 9am and we missed out.

Menu could be better

Room clean but hallway carpets needed a clean. Mattress hard and pillows lumpy. Aircon in October in Scotland not needed so switched it off but no heating either.No comfy armchair in room and if seating in lobby etc continuous music playing. No quiet areas. Park and ride buses only run from 4pm and taxi are expensive. 6 minutes taxi ride cost £16! Food was tasty but limited menu. Staff were attentive and helpful

Very nice place

I was here for a meeting in the conference room. Didn't use the gym although it seemed very popular as did Starbs on site. Had a problem with the heating in my room, but that was quickly fixed

Lovely clean hotel...beautiful room, excellent shower etc Would most definitely stay here again when in Aberdeen.
