Lack of amenities and breakfast not as expected, mattress is average, mosquito net is dirty with lizard and insect droppings :((( Soundproofing is not good! Service staff is open, enthusiastic, friendly!

Không tiếp tân hay một ai ở đây để check in, phòng rất dơ và cửa sổ không thể đóng. Nhà vệ sinh cực tệ. Phòng ngủ chỉ có máy quạt và như đuổi ruồi không hề mát tẹo nào.

The property is about one and a half kilometers from the ferry terminal. The deluxe room has a private bathroom. Park with cashew garden, cool. Only a little complain that the room is still a bit dusty, not thoroughly cleaned, with no soundproofing between rooms.

Comfortable and clean homestay, good service staff 8đ Food is not good for the price. It feels like food for a long time ... 4đ

An ideal place to come back for those who love the closeness to nature. immerse yourself in nature with a day in the green forest. Peaceful place is real, light breeze light green trees with strangely quiet. Sitting on a wooden chair in the middle of the green canopy wearing a phone and listening to a tiring song of tiredness in the town gradually disappears, life is quiet, time seems to stop ...

Mosquitoes, room is not clean. Don't expect a comfortable luxurious stay at the natural exposed homestay.

Green space, quiet, airy, little mosquitoes. The staff is quite enthusiastic and cute. Bicycle rental is available if traveling far away: 40K / hour and 150K / day, if you go around and ride around to play, you can use it for free. Breakfast only 2 dishes are fried bread and egg noodles, simple but decorative decoration is quite beautiful. Fram stay has a big grapefruit tree, lots of fruits, so there are bananas and grapefruit on the table :)) Note: Don't make BBQ party here. My room is a double bed, shared WC, rooms are quite small, especially very underground, even if there are fans still uncomfortable if not familiar. Fortunately, it rains so it is easy to sleep. WC has a clean, temporarily acceptable.

Overall it was quite satisfactory about the service here. However, there is one point to comment, the hotel should incubate the bed sheet before delivering the room to the guests, that time our family rented 3 rooms, all 3 rooms with bed sheets + blankets have the smell of damp mold, like the ones that were washed but Keep the cupboard for a long time to use it ... but I still appreciate the attitude of the enthusiastic and lovely staff, the beautiful and quiet view!

The staff is very kind and helpful! The bed and bathroom could be cleaner and there is no warm water. But you get used to it!

The staff was so nice and friendly. I like riding the bike around the hotel. The bike is free service to travel from Cat Tien Farm Stay to Cat Tien Jungle Lounge. I parked the bike in Cat Tien Jungle Lounge - the same hotel system of Cat Tien Farm Stay and near the welcome gate of Cat Tien forest. The service was great. I love this hotel. However, BBQ at night was bad and not enough for people - I heard my friends said that - I didn't use that BBQ

Everything is good and comfortable. The room is open to nature. The bikes are available for riding around. The environment is green, fresh and ideal, except some mosquitos. This is unavoidable because of the location near the jungle but it would be greater if the lodge could find some methods like using some kinds of aromas or burning essence oil to keep the mosquito away.
