A very comfortable hotel. Complete amenities, and a decent breakfast. Dinner was also excellent. Suggestions for child-friendly activities organized by the hotel should be added.

Very impressive, the facilities are complete. My kids were delighted, and there was no need to worry about the pool being crowded, as there are three pools for the whole family to enjoy. If you don't want to swim, there's also a soccer field, tennis court, and a jogging track. I'd say there's no time wasted there. From arrival to departure, everything feels packed at this hotel. I recommend staying here for just one night; you'll definitely be hooked and want to come back again. The food is also undeniable. Deserves the title of best family hotel. Beautiful view. Clean. Friendly, agile, and helpful staff. Plenty of facilities for children. The breakfast menu is super complete, very varied, and delicious. Ordering via GoFood is also easy. There are rooms with queen-size double beds, and there's also a sofa bed. Perfect for those with older children or more than two. I will definitely return for another vacation here with my family.

All of it is good, but for me, the ATV and horse riding are a little bit too boring, and maybe the bedroom is a little bit dirty, but the bathroom is clean. The rest is good.

I was so happy to be able to check into my room at 1:00. Check-in and check-out were lightning fast, so smooth. It's a dream hotel, very complete and spacious. The swimming pools are numerous and absolutely gorgeous. That evening, we had delicious pizza and ice cream. I really want to staycation at Rancamaya again soon.

My first staycation at R Hotel, I loved it. The room was clean, spacious, had a balcony and a direct view of the pool. The pool is very large and clean, but the water was cold. The only downside was that there were only two changing rooms. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There was also a garden that was very kid-friendly. I really liked it.

This is my umpteenth time staying at Rancamaya and I never get bored. The kids are happy, too, and enjoy staying at this hotel.

I've had several staycations at R Hotel Rancamaya, and the kids really love the fresh air, the view, and the super long pool. Unfortunately, there are no mineral water refill facilities, maybe in the hotel corridor/lobby or gym area?

This spacious hotel features three swimming pools. There's also a basketball court. The pools are clean. The rooms are also clean. The breakfast selection is varied.
