Interesting buildings, more like a resort hotel than an inner city stay which was nice. All staff were kind, engaging and helpful. I only wish there was a microwave in my room to heat things up. The restaurant experience was decent too. Otherwise, wonderful and will definitely stay again.

What an unexpected find! Just a few minutes from the airport, on the banks of the Swan River, not only is this glitzy/ornate hotel a bargain, my room was huge and came with the best hotel slipper ever (although no robe), which were totally unexpected. Clean, modern and blingy, it's an airport gem. Just watch the beer prices ($12 for a Great Northern Zero!!), and be sure to take the riverside walk if you have the time.

Room wasn’t inviting bed was only single sheeted the switch for the bed side lamp was a good meter and a half away so in the dark could find it Burger that I had for lunch was gritty with sand The last one they weren’t open for breakfast the next day due to public holiday The place didn’t look finished

Yes rooms were spacious and very clean tidy. Great location. Quiet and away from things but close to areas to go during day trip and night trip. Look forward to staying there again.

Easy check in and easy parking. Big room, very modern. Overlooks the river. Very close to the airport- about 6 minutes on backroads to T3/4

The external facilities could be highly upgraded and maintained better. This includes garden and grass maintenance, cleaning of walls, carparks and common areas. Rooms could have more modern accessories including tea and coffee facilities that reflect the room cost per night. More staff on has there appeared to be minimal staff. Would note the staff that were on, were fantastic. The have a table ordering system (Me&U), wasn't functional. Area outside Riverview rooms was dirty, no seperation from adjacent rooms and overlooking a carpark that radiated heat. Overall for the price per night, some serious TLC nees to be applied to get this hotel to what it could potentially be. Also, ordered a kids parmi and adults parmi, absolutely identical. One was $15 and the other $28, underwhelming. Positives - good bed and bathroom in room was nice. Staff that were on did a great job.

Parking was brutal. Staff and front desk were rude and did not seem to care much.

Area around the room was dirty ,carpets not cleaned Shower head was terrible , room was clean,staff seemed uninterested and didnt inform any of the hotels facilities ,

Most of the staff were lovely, the room was ok nut not worth the rate charged when I extended my stay. The AC was not cool enough.
