I booked a non-smoking room on the hotel app, but when I arrived at the hotel, my little one started coughing and wheezing. I asked for a room change, but they didn't let me.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The check-in process is also served quickly. the location is very strategic, there are many choices of viral places to eat in Blok M. But the AC in the room I stayed in was not cold enough, maybe it needs service. The sheets are clean. The restaurant could have AC to make it more comfortable. The champion is the coffee, it's free and really delicious.

The location is great, close to the mosque and restaurants. Coffee with its machine is available morning and afternoon. Have 2 pillows for everyone. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

This is our first time staying at this hotel, we are very impressed. Almost everything is satisfying from the clean & efficient housekeeping, the hotel room is not stuffy, the receptionist, the friendly security guard, also the food served is quite delicious, suitable for the tongue even though the menu is not varied. The location of the hotel is also strategic near the mall, it is easy to go culinary. If there is an event to JKT, I want to be able to stay at the M hotel again.
