The staff and the resort environment were great if we didn't face the water issue in our rooms and no immediate actions for customer comfort was taken by the hotel. 1. We got a room in pretty far area from the center. The first thing we experienced was the facet of the sink in our toilet was broken. The water was running continuously so we contacted hotel staff. They came in and out to check our room, kept our room door open while we still inside for about half an hour without communication of the issue and how to fix it. We were bothered by the fact that we should have the time for ourselves and that no offer for us to move to a new room. 2. In the evening while taking a shower, the cold water stoped working, only the hot water ran. My friend and I (in 2 rooms) were in the middle of washing ourselves from soap. We contacted the reception but no immediate actions were taken. We waited for about 20 mins and asked the hotel if we could go somewhere to finish our shower while they were fixing the issue. They finally came to their sense and staff took us to nearby building. 3. In the morning, one of our friend faced the same issue again as in earlier evening. Receptionist informed us the engineer would come fix. But again, no action for customer immediate comfort was offered in a single call. However, we were offered free drinks in the evening after we faced the issue first time, I think what the resort should have taken into consideration is how to offer immediate help/support to customers first thing first. At the least, ask customer to explain what state they were in. If you knew they were in the middle of the shower, did you really want them to wait for the issue to be fixed before they could continue? No, right? Train your receptionist to ask and listen carefully for the complaints. Apart from this fact, our experience at the resort is wonderful. The overall environment is peaceful and quiet we could enjoy ourselves very much.
