Loved the ceilings and yellow marble walls, massive bathroom, lovely big comfy bed, easy to use heater ,cooler, We had a bad smell of drains for couple of hrs , bizarre, and the shower was big , powerfull but went off totally couple of times, reported it, with many apologies, Staff lovely, would def stay there again

Hotels in an excellent location - was well worth adding in the breakfast buffet. My one and only issue - our room was way too hot and we couldn’t get the temperature down below 25.5 degrees. The staff were helpful and offered a room change but as we had a busy schedule we decided to ask for a fan to be left in our room for when we returned later in the evening - this was accommodated but the room was still quite uncomfortable. Everything else was spot on.

The hotel is lovely and in a nice easy spot around, also let us check in an hour early after a long day travel and all staff really friendly. Only pain was shower after 2 mins would start to flood so had to leave towels on the outside to stop the floor flooding due to the open plan shower, toilet area that only separating with slide door

Excellent value for the price I paid. Large room and bathroom. Right in the centre of the city. No complaints from me.

Nice place , nice staff well situated for getting round the city centre, only niggle is needs a bit of maintenance on some minor issues

For the money, Aloft Liverpool represented the best value in a hotel I experienced in traveling three months in England, Wales and Scotland. The hotel is in an historic 100 year old building and the rooms are spacious with lots of natural outside light--even the bathroom. There are some great dining-drinking options nearby besides being close to the central core of Liverpool.

The rooms were spacious and immaculate with fridge ice bucket iron and everything you could need! Fantastic stay

Beautiful old hotel unfortunately showing its age and our room had a lot of nasty “spills” all over the walls. Ceilings in dining area falling apart . Buffet breakfast same boring English buffet . Staff was very good though and we had a relaxing space in bar area we could chill in. Hotel very close to cavern club and shopping, outdoor dining. Areas as well as a short walk to Albert dock which was. Huge offset and made it worth while .

We had a great experience here. Very clean and spacious. Staff were great. Fantastic location for us,close to all the entertainment areas etc.Breatfast was great with plenty of choice, and the bar was great for a last couple of drinks before bed !!

Room was ok. Shower very directional. Coffee wasn’t refreshed so 2nd day had to have decaf :(. Fire alarm seemed to malfunction in the early hours was instructed to leave immediately, then went off, then made noises intermittently each time I fell asleep. No explanation at checkout, at checkout, neither lift worked. Otherwise reasonable hotel, in good position in the centre of city.

Reception was very welcoming especially Shaun who was very helpful with a pleasant, professional manner. Very hard to come across these days. Would highly recommend a stay here, ver central to every amenity.
