Great hotel in a great location. Hotel staff are a credit to the property and were fantastic. If you need a city centre hotel to explore Liverpool then I'd highly recommend. Bar was also a highlight. Great cocktails and atmosphere. Rooms are huge with high ceilings and period features retained

Lovely stay, clean spacious room and great amenities

Staff were very polite & helpful Room was a decent size, all amenties in room catered for, room was also very clean, good sized bathroom & shower. Did feel as though the room was pretty poorly lit, & not much privacy as there seemed to be apartment windows right across from us. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, there was barely any hot food avaliable, even after we waited another 15/20 mins for them to re stock. I do feel the price of £215 for a nights stay was very steep for what we recieved. Would probably give an overall 3.5/5

Great central location with lots of bars and restaurants within close walking distance. The room I had was huge and had everything I needed. Breakfast was ok but nothing special

Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me

Room good and staff good. Room was bit cold to be fair. We mentioned this on check out and they kindly discounted our parking charge nearby at NCP so overall we were satisfied
